I booked Indigo ticket vide PNR No CBWNBE for travel as follows
Mumbai- Delhi on 10th Feb (6E- 186 ) at 1740Hrs, and
Delhi- Mumbai on 13th Feb (6E-183) at 640 hrs
I however did not recieve the ticket on my mail (despite the autoreponder saying so). I normally book my travel tickets two months in advance (I currently have Indigo tickets upto April end) and take prints just before the travel.
In the above mentioned case, since I did not recieve tickets on the mail (another similar case reported to Indigo PNR No UC59CE), I could not locate the ticket before the travel and was forced to book fresh tickets on the day of travel (10th Feb) as under
SG-218 on 10th Feb at 1805 hrs (PNR No SY4WDC), and
IT-353 on 13th Feb at 720 Hrs (PNR No JQJMSD)
I travelled on the new tickets on the same dates as originally booked with Indigo incurring an extra expense of INR 11,000 due to fault in the Indigo server
I seek your help in resolution of this complaint, since Indigo is not reply to my reminders
