Hi my name is Vipin Chauhan. I had a flight from Chennai to Delhi on 8th October departing at 18.35 under PNR number JIKCAR,i reached the airport at 17:30 , and i sat in front INDIGO facilitator at sitting chamber. Due to first time of journey with flight i did not know, we have to take the boarding pass before 45 min. But i was sitting in front of them. i did not get any announcement. So I went to take boarding pass at the time on 17:57 means i got late only for 7 minutes but the facilitator who was very rude did not allow me to board the flight as she said i was late though i was not.She wasted my 15 minutes in the argument and then went to the manager however came back at 18:20 and said that nothing could be done.I will be lodging the complaint to the consumer court as well however i have to first inform you people so that the further action could be taken. I spoke to the airport manager and gave one application also. but still i did not get any action.I want a solution on the humanitarian basis or else i will go to the consumer court,,,
