I AM SORRY TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT ON MARCH 2, 2011 I BOOKED THREE TICKETS FROM CHENNAI TO TRIVANDRUM. THE PNR NUMBER F91QBM.
IT WAS A PREPLANNED PROGRAM THAT I ALREADY BOOKED THE UP AND DOWN TICKET THROUGH YATRA ON FEB 9 2011 AS I HAVE TO TAKE MY MOM FOR A MEDICAL CHECKUP TO TRIVANDRUM.
I REACHED THE COUNTER AT 4:15 PM, AFTER GETTING MY BAG HECKED HAVE TO CATCH THE FLIGHT FOR 4:40 BUT WAS NOT GIVEN THE BOARDING PASS. WITH AN 1-YEAR-OLD BABY AND SICK MOM I WAS PUT UP IN SEVERE MESS AND YOUR AIRLINE REFUSED TO ISSUE ME THE BOARDING PASS.
THE STAFF WERE RUDE AND NEVER BOTHERED TO LISTEN TO US. BEHAVED WITHOUT ANY HUMANITY AND REFUSED TO DO ANY OTHER ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS OR TO LET ME STILL THE FLIGHT HAS NOT DEPARTED BY THAT TIME.
NOW IAM IN SEVERE MENTAL AGONY AS MY MOMS HEALTH HAS DETERIORATED AND ALL OF MY MONEY, TIME, ENERGY IS WASTED. THE STAFF O[censored]R AIRLINES HAVE BEHAVED IN AN INHUMANE WAY..YOUR ACT HAS PUT ME INTO IMMENSE MENTAL STRESS AND AGONY AND HAD DONE 100% INJUSTICE TO ME.
I HAVE DECIDED TO TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR AIRLINES FOR THE INHUMANE WAY U BEHAVED, LACK OF SERVICE AND EVEN REFUSED TO REFUND THE MONEY...NO WAY UR AIRLINE HAS BEHAVED.
