Hi Sir,
I have cancelled my tickets with Indigo PNR number ONCMBI on 3rd of Nov 2012. However i haven't receive the refund yet. As per their policy they say 10 working days.
I called up Indigo custermer care twice and had words with Naman on 4th of Dec2012 and Aditya on 24th of Dec 2012..
Do let me know how to proceed further for getting my money back.
