I travelled from Delhi to Bangalore on 4th Mar, 2013. My airfare includes meals, however it was not served instead of requesting the crew members. They said they do not have any information and asked me to show my reservation details. It was mentioned on second page which was missed during check-in. So I requested them to check at their end, and when customer has already pre-booked the meals, this information should be available with the crew members. However they say this information is not available. The same thing happened with my colleague Mr. Vikram Soni and he was also denied meals saying they do not have any information. Fortunately he was having reservation details and on producing it, he was served the meal.
I am enclosing my reservation details and also I am enclosing their list which is available with them. I am really surprised to see that it is not having any information, which is clearly mis-management.
Finally I want refund of meals with INR 5000/- penalty for the inconvenience and humiliations faced.
