I had travelled in indigo airbus from New Delhi (6E317) to vishakhapatnam via Hyderabad (6E248) on 24 March 2013. I was having a framed photo, which was a fragile item. The indigo staff had informed me that, the photo will go with fragile items, but when i collected my luggage at vishakhapatnam airport, the photo came on conveyor belt along with rest of the luggage. Immediately i had launched the complaint at airport. My complaint number is 10054. Mr. Vijay Verma had filed my complaint. The photographs of damage were also taken. The full frame along with covering glass got damaged. There are scratches on the full photo. The dimensions of the photo are 30 cm x 60 cm. It had costed me Rs 4050. There are no repairs possible on the photo. I had not received any call yet from indigo staff regarding , asking about damages and compenssation for that. I request that, the money Rs 4050 should be given to me to compensate the damages.
