Indigo Airlines — Injury to Passenger

I Mrs.Maheen Sultana while traveling in Indigo Airlines from MUM-DXB on the 19th June 2012,met with an accident during my journey , where i was on a wheelchair,taken care by the indigo staff,however at the time of entering the aircraft bus its huge steel ladder fell on my left feet, which had been operated in Oct 2011 for total knee replacement ,also i fell miserably and hurted my back am suffering from a severe back injurury.i was unable to walk stand and sit even.i am undergoing my treatment in Dubai from Zulekha Hospital.Despite sending all the medicals and invoices as asked by the airlines, i am getting peanuts as reimbursements approx AED 1000 only, wherein i have spent around Aed 10000 by now.There were chances of me getting permanent total disabled, however able to recover a bit with Dr.Rajendras treatment.I requested the airlines quite a few times for the reimburesements,which did not work...Awaiting for help desperately.
