Dear Indigo Airlines Team,
My relative Mrs. Jyothi Karki along with her Husband and two kids were suppose to travel from Mumba to Bangalore vide PNR no.OBFWLS.
Her Husband was comming from Nagpur and he reached on time. He got his boarding pass. Mrs. Jyothi Karki alongwith her two children were travelling in a taxi from Bhandup. Her Husband was begging for boarding pass and Due to complete Jam and Seepz and Jogeshwari Vikroli Link Road, they could able to reach the airport just before 30Min of Departure time. The authorities of your airport staff didnot give the boarding pass and they couldnot travel.
Mrs.Jyothi Karki was requesting your manager to change the schedule to next day and your staff told her that she has to pay an addition of INR.10,000+ towards the extra charges. She was not having money and cant offord the charges was stayed back in Mumbai.
Now they are in mental igony of loosing INR.8055.00 which is the ticket cost and had a bad experience of travelling through BUS.
Request you to consider to refund the entire amount as this is beyond her control and release her from her suffering of mental agony..
Failing which we will be forced to go legal as your staff didnot help them at all.

Indigo — Refund not given for the flight
I had booked tickets on Indigo flights from Vadodara to Patna via Delhi.The flight had been delayed by 30-40 Mins from Vadodara and there is no through check in facility and hence i had to get down at Delhi airport, collect my baggage and head towards the terminal which itself took 20 minutes and there was no assistance from Indigo ground staff at the delhi airport.
Now i am being penalized for no fault of mine.
I have been told that since there was a no show, they cannot refund the ticket amount. Clearly, it has been Indigo's fault that i was not able to board the flight.
what i would appreciate is refund for my ticket as the same is my right.
Request your help in solving this problem.
