[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Non receipt of Refund

I have booked the Air Ticket online for my Director for Bangalore - Mumbai for[protected]. Due to some domestic reason i have cancelled the Air Ticket on[protected] online, After cancellation I have called the Airline on[protected] at 16.17 and spoke to Mr Rahul for refund, he told with 5-6 working days the amount will be refunded. Again i called Mr Sandeep n[protected] at 16.40, Mr Faijal on[protected] at 16.37 and finally i spoke to Mr Sandeep today at 11.10, he told me that they have refunded the amount on[protected]. I have checked up with Banker (Standard Chartered Bank) and they informed me that no credit amount received Now I request your goodself to kindly take up the matter.
