A group ticket was booked on indigo toll free booking number vide PNR No. ENU5BI for eight passengers for journey from Nagpur to Srinagar & back journey date[protected] & return[protected]. While giving name on phone one passengers Mr. Jidewar of whom the the first name was spelled Raju which is his nick name but as per the valid ID his name is RAJEEV. So for spelling correction I requested to concerned agency as the journey date is quite long & in the mean time I can furnish the related papers for identity proof if required but they straight way refused and asked me to cancel the ticket get issue a fresh ticket with a cancellation charges of Rs. 1000 for the small mistake which is through oversight. This shows the airlines rude attitude towards customer & want to en-cash every small mistake of customer by penalising.
