[Resolved]  Innova — Part not available in company

I am old customer of infinium cars in ahmedabad,gujarat. Right now my car no GJ1BV8740 innova car is in service at Infinium motors, Ahmedabad. Now there was my complaint which i have mentioned at the point of putting car for service. Complaint : THERE WAS RED LIGHT CONSTANTLY ON REGARDING SOME BREAK PROBLEM. After checking in your company conclusion was : front side break pipe has been broken or leaked..so i asked for that part in your company so it was not available with them. If you have given agency to only 1 company in whole GUJARAT then it is their responsibility to keep it with them. when we ask then they told us it will take 10-12 days for us to arrange that part for you. Then they told us it will take 4-5 days. When i told the concern person that as you are the only agency for this then you should have keep it with you. NOW SEE THE ANSWER FROM YOUR CONCERN PERSON : AS THIS IS NOT ALWAYS USEFUL TO OTHERS WE ARRANGE AS PER REQUIREMENT ONLY. This is very ridiculous for a company like you. IF YOU PEOPLE CANT COPE UP WITH THE SITUATION THEN ALLOW ANOTHER AGENCY ALSO TO DO IT.
