I am old customer of infinium cars in ahmedabad,gujarat. Right now my car no GJ1BV8740 innova car is in service at Infinium motors, Ahmedabad. SHARUKH IN THE MORNING ON THAT DAY AFTER SERVICEING WE ARE GETTING CAR AT SERVICE CENTRE IN THE EVENING AT THAT TIME WHEEL CAP WAS BROKEN BUT UR PESRON DOESNOT RESPONSE US PROPERLY THEY SAID IT WAS NOT DONE BY US.

i am sorry to say but i m no more a proud toyota innova.i went for a 20,000km service to rajpal toyota in indore on 14th aug eve. i was told that i wil get my vehicle on the 16th bcoz of the 15th.anyways i asked for jobs like interior cleaning also for which i paid as much as 500 bucks.once i went to take the vehicle only after confirmation that it was ready on the 16th.the state of affairs over there were very dismal...

I had purchased the above vehicle during 2006 and regularsly servicing as per manual. Even now every 5000 km it is serviced and spares are changed. Nandi Toyota is the agency for servicing. Originally I got 13 or more km per litre of diesel whereas after 60000 km it started reducing to 9 and now to 7. Everytime complaints are given for lesser mileage but they charge but nothing improves. I want to hold the company and servicing authorised...
