Intel Motherboard — no receiving of motherboard

Sir i had purchase motherboard from delhi . It had been to 2 months from date mother board sent to intel but i had still not getting any status from intel on motherboard and i had not received yet all my work stopped due to this .

This is venkateswara Reddy, I purchased a Intel mother board and processor on 04/09/2007.
now the display is not working.I went to repairing shop they told this is the motherboard problem.
My mother board is uNder warranty.How I will replace my motherboard, please tell me the procedure.

i have lenovo 3000 N200
when i power on my fan spin for 1 second and display not showing,

i use external lcd,
i change hard drive,
i check my ram,
i check my laptop lcd
i change dvd rom
i check my power,
all these are working but i can not see any thing and fan spin for 1 second,
power light on,
