IOC — deliberate delay of LPG cylinder for domestic use

We are using IOC's LPG cylinder for home use . our custermer number is 13211 and distributors code is 3590797, Annai cauvery gas agency, pallipalayam, Erode. We have booked the cylinder on 30.12.2009 and our previous cylinder delivery date is 30.11.2009. So far we have not received the cylinder. This deliberate delay of cylinder supply is happening very often in our area. The delivery man refused to supply cylinder in time. I would like to bring this matter in this complaint forum. We are using IOC's LPG cylinder for home use . our custermer number is 22446 and distributors is rajendra gas service, 58 shopping centre, ambabari, jaipur-302012. We have booked the cylinder on 7th may 2011 and our previous cylinder delivery date is 02.04.2011. So far we have not received the cylinder. This deliberate delay of cylinder supply is happening very often in our area. The delivery man refused to supply cylinder in time. I would like to bring this matter in this complaint forum. Kindly consider this and make the public to feel comfort in using IOC LPG gas without any delay.
