Hi,
Refill for domestic LPG was booked on 6th May but the cylinder has not yet been delivered.
However, status on the automated booking system ([protected]) is updated to delivered vide bill no. 3052.
Booking & Consumer details given below:

Date of Booking = 06/May/2011
Consumer No. = 21477
Consumer Name = Arvind Kumar Somani
Consumer Address = B/6, Charulata Apts., BE-8, Ravindrapally, Keshtopur, Kolkata-700101.
Contact Phone = [protected]
Name & Address of Agency = Chirantani Gas Agency, Bangur Avenue, Kolkata - 700055.
I have also logged-in feedback (Reg. No. 117761) on the IOCL site and also sent an email with above details but have any not received any response.
There seems to be a misappropriation of refills here. Please look into this and resolve the issue ASAP.

IOC/INDANE-LPG — Non-Delivery of Refill
I am LPG-Consumer (PGS/17918) and a Senior Woman Citizen of India, returned recently from my son's residence abroad, booked for a Re-fill on 11/03/2010 approaching personally to Padmashree Gas Service, (Ganeshgunj), Mirzapur; But neither a re-fill delivered nor any response to phone-calls by said Distributor to me, a seperately cooking vegeterian lady depending on kerosine-stove now; What else and how long ?
