ioc gas — Gas not supply in time

I am a consumer in Devi gas agency in Vaikom. My consumer No. is 7647. I have booked my cylinder in[protected].But gas is not supplied till date. I request that necessary steps may kindly be taken to issue the cylinder tomarrow itself.

Sir, Im Tayab Alam residence of shah ki imly patna city and consumer of IOC would like to compalint that LPG is not deliverd at my home till now. i booked on 16 may 2011 and the Booking No is 204528 and consumer No 600661. I have informed by gas agency on 24 may 2011, receipt no 5881 that LPG is already delivered to our residence but till now I didnt receive the delivery.
Please do the necessary needful.

I am a consumer of ioc of lpg since 1972. At present my Distributer is Babarpur Gas Service, I booked my lpg cyllander on 8th june 2011 vide Booking No. 3901. I recieved my refill lpg gas cyllander today at12.00noon ie 25th june 2011.I recieved the cyllander vide cash memo NO. 8645 dated[protected].
The amount on cashmemo by computer printing is Rs.345.35 but stamped on it of Rs. 395.40 and i paid Rs. 395.40.
Is it not the clear intention of the Distributer to wait for the PRICE RISE by the Government. The cash memo shows the date[protected].the LPG refill cyllander is delievered on 25th june 2011 after 7 days of the cashmemo isissued.
It shows that the lpg refill cyllander was delievered intentionly late to charge the more money.

Sir, I am sunil Kumar P M, an IOC consumer, Have a complaint of not suplied LPG till the day, Booking No.219162, Consumer No.37247, Sunil kumar P M, Got the sms from City gas agency, ekm.billed on 7th of july, Despatch will next day, but till the day i am not received, Their land phone always engaged, some times will not attend the land phone. what we can do get LPG.

I am having Indan gas cylinder of Monalisa Gas Co.Kalol(.N.G.) 382721
having their Tel.No.[protected].I found the cylinder Leakage/Pin Promblem, but till date they have not taken any action .Please help me
immeditaly, & replace the Gas Cylinder other wise may be occure any
accident.
Pl.do the needtul & take immediate action against above Gas Agency.

INDANE GAS SERVICE KALOL — NON RECEIPT OF LPG CYLINDERS

MY CONSUMER GAS CONNECTION NO IS 513764 AT MONALISA GAS SERVICE KALOL, DIST. GANDHINAGAR. I HAD BOOKED MY GAS CYLINDER ON 16/02/13 BUT TILL DATE AND TIME THEY HAVE NOT SUPPLIED GAS CYLINDER AND THEY HAVE ALSO NOT DISPLAYED CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO BOARD IN THEIR OFFICE.
