This is to inform you that M/s Sulabh Indain, Phulwarisharif is not supplying gas cylinders properly on time.
I have booked cylinder on 15/4/11 & till date not supplied me cylinder after given several time reminder over phone & at his counter.

So you are requested to do the needful to improve his services to avoid the problems facing by us in kitchen.

this is pankaj n. sharma, I have a gas connection no is 12137.Dealar name is kasor gas agency, indian oil co., city--GUNA, StatE--MADHYA-PREDESH, Pincode--473001.I bookd my consumar no.for refill.on date 25/07/2011. still i din't get gas cylender.Please take nassasary action . as soon as possibale.
