When frequency of cylinder booking exceeds 3 or 6 months period, the agency refuse to take the booking — calls for undue procedures, site visit and adds charges in the name of 'checking and servicing.'
On approaching IOC officials, the agency takes the booking and delivers after inordinate delay, after sufficiently traumatising the customer.
When a customer uses less no. of cylinders — the reason, explained to the agency and the IOC officials; has not provided any relief or the process made easy to the customer.
