Respected Sir,
I am Suresh sreedharan from MUMBAI. I transferred a LPG -DBC connection from kunnam kulam Pannakkal gas agency to my father's name on
Nov 12 because , I was holding two LPG Connections . One at Kerala for my dependent parents and second at dependent where I am serving in defence with my family.Due to the latest rule "one man one gas connection" and for giving the KYC form the Pannakkal gas agency connection ,I transfered to my father's(Mr. Sreedharan Nair-78 yrs old ) name. The gas agency charged the latest cost of cylinder for DBC (Rs 3000 /-) . I informed them, there is a rule that for blood relation perssonnel you should not charge the hike charges because this connection which I transfered was holding since 1993 and the new holder is my father. The Manager told me that this rule came after 24 Nov 12 so that I Will not get this exemtion.Sir, I approached at dependent gas agency ,there they told that I was cheated by Pnnakkal gas agency .
Sir, can you help me regarding this .
Thank you in anticipation.
