I being LPG-Customer (V/11373) of Vindhyabasini Gas Services (code[protected] who due to their delivery problem, issued me Transfer Voucher [protected] dated 11/03/2010 advising me to submit the same to Padmashree Gas Services at Ganeshganj, Mirzapur for smooth delivery of LPG-Refills henceforth. I produced said TV dated 11/03/2010 to Shri Sourav Agarwal of Padmashree Gas Services on 14/03/2010 but he told me that after the enquiry on residence-proof I would be issued with new Customer Number.But none inspected my residence till 29/03/2010 when one Shri Dinesh Chowrasia said to be the representative of Padmashree Gas Services visited my house at Vill: Bandhawa Mahabir, Vindhyachal, and checked/inspected relevant documents e.g.my Ration Card, Pensioner's Photo I-Card/PPO, Ownership Certificate of Land, Householder's Policy etc. But nothing has been done till date.
