Dear Sir,
I have purchased the IPhone3g 16gb from Airtel on 02/06/2009. I asked for return & refund of amount from Airtel on 10/06/2009.
But they are not responding my request.
Then I called APPLE INDIA CARE at [protected]
they are telling that You can get the refund from where you have purchased the product.
But Airtel people are not responding properly

I am asking the refund from them by seeling Apple policy in their website

Now I feel that I am In a safe hands to solve this issue.

IPhone3G 16gb is with the original clear sticker only. There is no scratches or dust in the IPhone3G 16gb. So I want to TO RETURN IT NOW & COLLECT THE IPhone3G ( S ) MODEL 32GB BY PAYING DIFFERENCE PRICE IF ANY WHEN IT IS LAUNCHED. saying that they will not return or refund for the above said Iphone3g 16gb.
I dont know where to go & solve this issue.
No one is considering this issue.
If I have purchased in USA the support & service will be ultimate.
I have purchased the same product in India which is available in the USA
Even though I have paid more price say around USD $ 725/- which is 250% more than USA but support & service is very poor.
I am not asking for refund, since I love mac products very much I want replacement.
I will return the phone now & you can give the replacement IPhone3g S model when it is launched in India.
I dont mind waiting for even 6 months also.
I have purchased this product for huge money because of Technology, quality, Support & service from APPLE.
In the market there are lots of other branded products are available with lesser price for same features.
I have purchased only for the brand name "APPLE", Customer Support & Service. seeing support & service from USA/Canada

It is the Great Product From Great Apple Company
And it is Apple India Care Responsibility To solve this issue.
I dont know no one to solve this particular issue.

I have been contacting Airtel Customer care for more than 10 times when ever I contacting them they told me to contact from where i purchased the phone regarding return & refund.

I have purchased this MAC product because of Technology, Quality, Service, Gurantee & promise.
My brother is working in Canada. I asked him about the best phone in business catagory. He recommended IPhone3g best in its catagory. He is having Iphone3g 16gb with FIDO. When I asked him to send the Iphone3g 16gb from canada. He told me to buy it in India itself for warrenty & Service Support. But In India. The service seem to be not up to mark as compare to US & Canada.
I request Apple Care India to consider my issue & close this at earliest

iPhone Return Policy

Airtel apple Iphone 3G — failure to provide service

I have bought an Apple Iphone 3G from Airtel as it is available through this company in India on bill. I have a UN resolved service issue for last six months and due to this delay the handset is now out of warranty.
The problem stared with the update of operating software provided by the apple company for all Iphones, the GPS feature failed to work (Google it on net and thousands of blogs describe this issue worldwide). The company in India takes no responsibility on this issue describing it as a hardware failure/issue. On calling the apple helpdesk I was told the service contract is with Airtel India. Airtel is not listening and not accepting the phone for service. Further this delay has caused the hand set in an out of warranty situation. I demand both the companies should resolve this service issue as per their contracts and provide their customers with prompt services and far as I am concerned I need a replacement of this phone with immediate effect.
