[Resolved]  iSmart Global Pvt Ltd — Not received PF from last 5 month

Sir my name is pradeep singh khatri and i have worked with i smart global pvt ltd from 29 may 2007 and i had left it on 10 june 2009 and still i have not received my provident fund, gratuity etc in this regard

sir pls do the needful.

Actually I, AMIT KUMAR ( EMP NO.LLSPL6142), resigned from the services as Operations Dept in Quality excu. i smart global pvt.ltd mohan copre. mathura road new delhi pin cod-110044 on 31.08.2009.

I have submitted my PF papers in the month of Augast-2009 at Isamrt Global Pvt Ltd in New delhi .Till now i have not yet received my PF amount.

I am linga reddy worked in ismart global pvt ltd since 2000 to feb 2009 as Team Leader in Virgin mobile process at Hyderabad. I did not get my Bonus PF and Gratuity. I sent My PF settlement in Nov 2009 till now i did not get any information whether recieved or not if recieved when can i get my payment.

I STRONGLY AGREE WITH THE ABOVE COMPLAINTS.

INCLUDING ME, THOUSANDS OF EMPLOYEES WHO HAD WORKED IN ISMART GLOBAL PVT LTD ARE FACING THE SAME PROBLEMS.

THE EARLIER ISMART MANAGEMENT HAD SWALLOWED THE PF AND OTHER BENEFIT FUNDS TO THE TUNE OF 4 CRORES AND THEY DUMPED / CHEATED THE ORGANIZATION AND JOINED IN SHELL TRANSOURCE LTD. AND ZOOM WILL NOT PAY TO ANYONE OR RESPOND TO ANYBODY MAILS / CALLS.

ZOOM HAD DEPOSITED A PARTIAL AMOUNT ONLY IN BANGALORE PF OFFICE.

I am jainendra yadav worked with I smart globle pvt. ltd. from 2006 To 2008. but same problem face here. i have not recieved provident fund. finely i have dicieded to go to consumer court. pls do the need full.
