Non Payment of Salries/F&F

I, Durga Prasad Parida has worked for Ismart for 3.5 years. I started job from 01st aug 2006 as a "Order ENTRY EXECUTIVE". My last working day was 31ST AUG 2009. At the time i left, i had to get salries for the month of "JUNE-09, JULY-09 & AUGUST-2009" and a rebuirstment of 15000 (approx) regarding this, but i was promised that i will get my all my dues cleared with in 15 days of my last working day. But till date i have not received any of the payment from Ismart side.
so, i would request to you please help in That.

Simply write your complaint and company details submit it to Labour office gurgaon at following address with they will talk to the company and you will have the proper resolution.

Actually I, AMIT KUMAR ( EMP NO.LLSPL6142), resigned from the services as QUALITY Dept in ISMART GLOBAL PVT LTD G6/B1 MOHAN COP. IIND AREA NEAR HALDIRAM BADARPUR NEW DELHI on 31.08.2009.
I have submitted my PF papers in the month of SEP-2009 at Isamrt Global Pvt Ltd in New Delhi.Till now i have not yet received my PF amount.

ismart global private ltd — non disbursement of my PF
i resignedfrom axis bank on nov 2008 where i worked on outsourced basis for i smart global pvt ltd.even after one year and repeated perssuasion they have not disbursed my pf amount to me.to my horror they donnot answer my phone calls also.
