This is to inform you that i had worked with I Smart Global Pvt Ltd from[protected] to[protected]Employee ID-10015), but as on date i have not received the salary for the month of Aug 09, 1 year Bonus and PF for the period of[protected] to[protected], however i completed every formalities (Like P.F form fill up, submission resignation),
Kindly look in to this matter.

SUB: PF withdrawl
This is Sukarama Shetty N, already i have submitted PF withdrawl to Ismart on Nov-2009 & they also acknowledged the same from bangalore & the same has been submitted by them to the PF Office Bangalore on 09.12.2009 but till date only 10C amount received and remaining 19C amount not received .Company is fully closed. No one person is there in the company, I think they are cheting to the local pubilc. Kindly do the needful asap. I leave the company more than 2 years.
In future don't give permission to deduct PF for that type of Fruad companies.
