we have four lifts in SV's Balaji Bliss Apartments, Nizampet Road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. All the lifts passes in to repair frequently. some of the lifts passes in to repair with out using also. The lift service engineers will not give service for lifts repair and in their hyderabad office one black mailer in the name of Mr. Sampath, he will black mail the customers with a demand of huge amounts for repairs and AMC's

We are also facing similar difficulties for Johnson make lift.The lift is situated at M-2, Gokul Tower of Chaitanya Nagar is not operational since January1, 2011 evening.

the Lift installed in Abhinayam phased 3, nolambur from day one not working properly. the lift mechanics are not having enogh knowledge about the lift repair. i wonder how inspector cleared the lift for operation? maximum it can work only one hours per day. we are fed up with this company lift. we should buy reliable and international standard .

sir this is k rani, we are purchased more than 10 lifs for an about 15 years from your company in tirupati andhra, now recently i purchased one lift for Rs 4 lakhs including tax and vat, i already paid Rs 3, 25, 000, 2 months before, your company people delivered lift matirial but they were not installed yet, they give lot of touble for us for an about 2 months, i hove to handing over this project by the end of this month, your lift work only is not comlited, we have at least one project in every year, if your doining in same way, we are sifted to another company, so kindly make arrange to do work in earliest date, thanking you, i think possitivi response, cell no [protected]
Kindly note that this AMC was kept pending due to non-updating GSTN details in online system by Johnsons lift office personnels, And now further on-call services are not being attended inspite repeated calls, emails, copy produced herewith for immediate action and ensuring non recurrence of such delayed services in future
