This is regarding Johnson Lift No.LF1570, at premises in Korattur .
Firstly, I would like to inform that the service of the lift since the payment of Platinum AMC this year has been very poor.
The person who has come for service for last 4-5 months for my area comes without Uniform, does service for 15min-30min and has not been satisfying at all.
We even informed to the landline number[protected] regarding the same that service is unsatisfactory. But, still no use.
Also the challan they take sign for the service is always post dated, so we sign it and mention the date when service is done.
Now, I'm sharing with you a horrendous incident that took place 3 days back, at night 10.15 PM, when my Son was stuck in the lift while he was using the lift to go from 2nd floor to ground floor, the lift fell, too fast to the lower floor in between ground floor and the 1st floor instead of gradually coming down seemingly giving heart ache to him and started shaking and making noises.
Not to forget the service of the same was done about 10 days back, and the liftt brokedown only one week after that and now this incident.
He was rescued after 1 hour after making mutiple calls to Johnson Lift people.
We purchased Johnson Lift for the Quality and Service, and since the purchase we are paying Platinum AMC on time.
And before any staff gives you false information, the battery in the lift was changed just 6 months ago.
We want you to rectify this issue on urgent basis, give us a confirmation that every part is working perfectly and assure us this will not happen again and provide us with emergency numbers to contact in case of something like this happens.
If we are facing any such issues in future we will be forced to file a complaint and Fully blame Johnson Lift and make it a alarming issue and share it with everyone.
Looking forward to your response, and giving clarity on why this has happened and what are you doing towards this issue.
