[Resolved]  Jumbo Electronics — 12 month EMI option

I purchased electronics from Jumbo Electronics in Ambience Mall, Gurgaon on 2 Aug 2012 worth Rs 70,000. They clearly told me that payment will be charged in 12 months EMI if I purchase from my HDFCBANK card. I did so and in the first month's statement HDFCBANK has charged me three months installments. Now I am complaining to both Jumbo Electronics and HDFCBANK but no one is listening to me. Please help as this is a clear case of cheating on consumer.
