[Resolved]  Jumbo Electronics — Poor Service

I went to Jumbo Electronics to enquire about the newly launched Samsung Tab 3 8.0. Since I was not fully aware about the specifications of the tab I needed help from the Samsung staff. One of the staff members came to my help but did not prove to be of much help as he was not aware of the features of the tablet properly. He was also quite irritated at my asking questions about the usage of a stylus in the Tab. Seems strange that an attendant, whose job is to help customers and promote questions, does the exact opposite. A second attendant was present, and in-spite of my repeated callings he gave no attention. I felt ignored and was left without any help. The attendants were rude and of no help what so ever.
