[Resolved]  Kajaria Tiles — wall tiles

i got kajaria wall tiles fitted in my newly built flat ( 2 bathrooms and a kitchen) but the quality i got is even bad then local tiles. i bought 12*18 " tiles . in this i got one highlighter fitted in one of my bathrooms whoes quality was very bad , the joint of the tiles were matching but it 's thickness from was much more than the actual thickness.secondlay when we picked up soaked the motives of the kitchen tiles from water half of the piece came in hand and other remained in water, we called up the dealer , mangal trader , and he gave us the no. of kajaria company executive , when we called him he barely listened to this and said as u got the tile fixed so nothing can be done. but when we insisted he got our 2 kitchen motives replaced . but what to our other tile which does not match and the executive enev bothered to visit the site and said that it happens in few caes.
so i say if such things happen with a company like kajaria and there is no hearing or heed to such cases then from my point of view we should buy local tiles which come with pre declaration of no change / compliants / warranty etc. pl. help.

BE CAREFUL ! Before Buying the Kajaria premium tiles as I have been faced very bad experience. I would like to share my opinion and harassment. I bought 90 boxes of Kajaria premium tiles from Sheetla traders, Sheetla mata road opp. petrol pump(ggn.) worth rs.86, 000 approx. but I got defective tiles in the shape of premium boxes. All the tiles packed in premium boxes were of second quality/ defective. After chasing many days to dealer as well as firm the same were got checked by dealer, firm engineer and firms area representatives and all declared defective in spite of replacing all made false excuses and told not to replace the defective used/unused as how could a person ascertain the defect without using/affixing of a tile. The Sheetla Trader as well as firm are making lame excuses to replace the defective /affixed tiles how could I be satisfied about my wastage of labour charges, wastage of material and defective tiles I bought Premium tiles how could I affix the defective tiles? Before buying the kajaria tiles the purchaser should take the affidavit for replacement of defect/make full terms and conditions in legal manner with dealer. What should I do? Suggestions are invited from all peoples. As such people should buy local tiles of cheap value. [protected]
We've bought kajaria ceramic foor tiles from perumalil traders palakkad and it seems that the same batch (box) of tiles had different texture and different color shades. the dealer is washing his hands off on the reason that they are helpless, the fault isn't with them and it is the company's fault. I don't know for what weird reason they have been awarded superbrands. what a shame?
