Dear sir,

i'm kiran swamy i took admission in B.com 1st year in KARNATAKA STATE OPEN UNIVERSITY Manasagangotri , Mysore -570 006 , CONTACT NO :[protected], but my work is shifting to surat (gujrat), so that's why i'm not able to write exam here , and i have economy problem so i have asked them to refund my amount rs 4000/-, even i have post a request latter belong with a transfer latter which given to my company , but they not given any type of response to me , so i'm kindly requesting you to please ask my refund rs 4000/-
