dear sir,
i m facing a problem before some days against sekhawat indane gas services(add. e-127 chand bagh colony, wazirabad road delhi -110094). there is no any proper no. and no any website which is working.and the nos.[protected],[protected] which they have usually not work and when the no.is worked they used to ringing again n again but there is no response against them and the website(www.ioclebiz.com) is also not work thats why we are facing a very tough problem.
so i am requesting you to take a suitable action against them as soon as possible.

Ela Gas Agency-Greater Noida — No Response

I am a resident of E-49, SECTOR-21, NOIDA-201301.My consumer No: 8457.I tried to contact my Gas agency Ella Gas of Greater Noida for last four days but failed. The telephone Numbers for the gas agency are[protected], 2462219, 6473319 .However, all the times the telephones are switch off.Earlier also,similar incidents happened.

Kindly take appropriate action against this. Meanwhile, kindly arrange to send one gas cylinder to my residence today as I am facing lot off hardship due to non responsive behavior of the agency.

Also please arrange toChange my Gas agency immediately with a new one at NOIDA.

Indane Gas — Indane gas connection transfer from greater noida to noida

To to poor service of indane kasna gas agency Greater noida, I would like to transfer my connection to Noida. Please let me know the procedure for the same.

dear sir/madam, i have booked a cylinder using computerised booking system on 13/11/2009 but it is not delievered till now. on calling the agency they are saying to deliever tomorrow. plz take strict action as soon as possible.

I am consumer of Ela gas agency (consumer no. 3968), Noida scetor 82. The agency is shut down and our connections were transferred to Kasna Indane Gas Service, Greater Noida. I have booked a gas cylinder on 6th March with Indane centralised booking and still I haven't received the Gas .

After not receiving any gas I contacted Kasna gas agency on 25/11/09. I am yet to receive the gas cylinder and for past 10 days even none of their phone nos are working.

I an a continous problem and we are really fedup to calling them again and again .

It seems I'll be forced buy a cylinder from Black Market.

i had booked cylinder on 10 th of march 2010 and and today is 31 march 2010 and still waiting for gas.

Since about last few days I am trying to call through given tel No.[protected],[protected],[protected] AND[protected] for Rfill Bookin of my Gas Cylinder, but these tel. are always angege and out of above Tel No. stated in No. (3) is cancelled .
I booked my said request through Mechnical Booking No. 12665 which gives me booking No.5 but I had experenced that many time such service is not reliable.

I request to the concerned authorities to attend my said complent please.

I am consumer of kasna gas agency and my consumer no. 27356, Greater Noida . I have booked a gas cylinder on 8th March with Indane centralised booking and still I haven't received the Gas . so many times called up but no response on phone.

I am consumer of kasna gas agency and my consumer no. E13105, Greater Noida . I have booked a gas cylinder on 28th may 2011 with Indane [protected] booking and still I haven't received the Gas . so many times called up but no response on phone.please look in to this matter because my cylender has been emty today.

I am consumer of Kasna Gas agency & the consumer No. is 28138, Greater Noida. I have booked a gas cylinder on 10th Feb, 2012. The booking No.is 9194. I had received a message on 24th Feb about delivery status as Cash memo No. 15550 generated & Cylinder will be delivered shortly. Surprising latter on 3rd March I received a message "Against your refilling booking No.9194 cancelled".
I was surprise to know for what reason the delivery had cancelled & there can be no reason that there was no one found at my home. As to receive the cylinder all time my family members ensures that some one is present at the home.
I had made a complain for the same & the No. is 335009 on 4th March & I am not getting satisfactory reply.Awaiting for the gas cylinder.
