Indane Gas — Not delivering double cylender

Hello,

I am Amit Awasthi have a Gas connection with Kasna Gas Agency Greater Noida (Connection No 11834), I have one cylinder last one years, i am requesting for dual cylinder last 3 Months, but they always say call after 10 days, my problem is still not solved till now, i am facing big problem when my cylinder become empty and it will take at least one week to refill, please solve my problem.

suppliers dont respond to the phone as the phone is always busy to make the booking as well as the enquiry about the delivery & the period of their delivery is 30 days whereas it should be 21 days not more than that

My self mukesh kumar ( K 8634 ) have a gas connection with Kasna indane gas services greater noida right now I am using one cylinder but problem arises whene current cylinder beca me empty .Since for refilling the cylinder it will take one week to two week for that I need one more cylinder I have requested numeer of times for double cylinder but they always says call me after 10 days but my problem is still there I can not understand what I should do
