I have been subscribing to Kemflo services from past 4-5 years and by each passing year your level of service is going from BAD to WORST. I am not really sure if i would really like to pay for another year for such a level of service. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SINCE FROM ANY AGENCY.
After paying a good amount every year, i expected a decent service atleast (hope this is not too much to expect). My address is B-9, Nanda Road, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi.
First of all, after again subscribing for the service on 1st January 2012, i expected Kemflo to send engineers themselves every 3 months (AS THEY ALWAYS PROMISE) but we never received any call from Kemflo about pending serivce. Anyways on 14th June 2012 (i.e almost 6 months after purchasing the service) we called Kemflo for service. An engineer came on 15th June 2012 to service (surprisingly yes this time Kemflow did picked up the phone and sent an engineer). Engineer came and did fantastic service after which our fliter STOPPED working at all.
We called back Kemflo the same day (15th June) reporting the problem. Kemflo asked to wait for next day, Since then we have been calling everyday atleast 4 to 5 times and everytime we hear, person is on his way and will definately work on our issue today. I called on Saturday, Sunday and Monday but Kemflo didnt bother to send anyone and kept on LYING. Its been 4th day today and we have been still purchasing water from outside. We called through out the day on all the numbers present on your receipt but we just heard LIES and MORE LIES and after some time, people stopped picking up our phone.
I have filed a complaint on http://www.consumercomplaints.in/?search=Kemflw too and contemplating to go to COnsumer court.
In a NUTSHELL.... A WORST SERVICE.
