Amc is done with kemflw r.O service provider.
The complaint was logged on 13th april'16 with complaint # d223 and till date this complaint is not attended, we have been doing regular followups and every time they say that the service person will reach our place by 5 pm, till date the guy is on its way and haven't reached our place to rectify the problem.

I have been subscribing to Kemflo services from past 4-5 years and by each passing year your level of service is going from BAD to WORST. I am not really sure if i would really like to pay for another year for such a level of service. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SINCE FROM ANY AGENCY.
