[Resolved] Kurl - On Mattress — Defect in the mattress

I had bought a Kurl-on spring Mattress from their authorised dealer in Tippasandra, Bangalore. The mattress costed me a whooping 13000 Rupees. But right from day one there was a bulge in one side of the mattress and the spring will make a slight sound. The dealer told me that things will settle down once I use the mattress for a few days. When this did not happen, I complained with the company and was asked to talk to one Mr. Shiv Kumar. The gentleman after much pursuation over a few days, visited my house and acknowledged the defect. It has been more than 45 days now since his visit and even after my repeated calls, he has taken no action whatsoever. My problem remains unresolved. All I want to know is that can a company like Kurl-on be trusted? I would not recommend anyone to buy their C-Grade and highly priced mattresses. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

If a company like Kurlon is not responding to complaint and not providing proper customer support, I am also thinking not to buy product of Kurlon. I extend my thanks for making people like me aware of company like Kurlon as I had high regards of this company.

After spending so much money to get a good sleep if one gets sleepless nights then it is a total rip off, thank god it is a low end mattress and not a half peti (.5 lacs) ones.
