[Resolved]  Legend Book Co — FRAUD

NOTHING BUT WHITE COLLAR FRAUD IS WHAT THIS LEGEND BOOK COMPANY IS ENGAGED IN. AS SOON AS A NEW COMPANY IS FORMED THEY GET THE DETAILS FORM REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES AND SEND UNCALLED FOR BOOKS UNDER VPP FOR RS 2800/- WHICH I HAVE DECLINED. BUT CHANCES ARE THAT SOME UNSUSPECTING ADDRESSEES MUST HAVE PAID AND REALISED THEIR MISTAKE LATER BUT LEGEND BOOK MIGHT HAVE ALREADY MADE HUGE MONEY BY CHEATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS. PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOST MONEY SHOULD SEEK THE HELP OF LAW ENFORCING AGENCIES TO BRING THEM TO JUSTICE.

Unknown — Ceating of VPP without order.

Today I have received one VPP, even though I did not ordered any book or material from Living Media India LImited, I am surprise that how this people get my address eventhgough I am not in India. This is purely cheating & to earn money by company becoz I got VPP @ Rs. 2707 and we have seen that in Post office that is ony typed books parcel, so we didnot received.
I want to mak aware peosple that this type of big company also making cheating with people to earn money so don't give any priority and receveid / deliver any VPP from LIVING MEDIA INDIA LIMITED...Vijay Chovatiya - Gujarat.

Same thing happened to us also. Very recently I've joined a co which is registered as pvt ltd co. 2 days back we've received a parcel of rs.2184 as vpp charges from legend book. unfortunately we had to pay and collect the v.p. as the contains were unknown. this company is a cheat and doing fraud by doing this kind of thing. we are still in dark where from they got our co address.

this co should be barred to publish any kind of books as they are complete fraud.
Please be careful, and don't get cheated like us.

Thanks so much for the alert, I also received this VPP for Rs.2184 and decided to decline it based on your feedback. This time the address given by Legend Book Co is 2373/A, Mandir Lane, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. Sure thIs seems to be a big racket, wonder if there's any way to stop this fraud book company from looting the public?

Thank you very much for this kind of alert regarding this decent fraud this company is making from New Delhi. The same way we came to know that this above Book company sent some books through VPP to pay a sum of Rs.2184 and we rejected the same, this incident has come after 5 days registration made by our company, hence we are having doubt the registering authority might have given our company address to this fraud book company. YES I AGREE..., even we have been sent this parcel yesterday and they are sending it to all the newly registed companies... We have also paid the same yesterday and I have been in contact with all my guys from delhi to know. will be registering a police case today...,

Not only newly registered company even they are sending to mid-size, old companies too... We got a circular from operations team to collect the same.. but later got to know from google that its a white collar fraud.. Thank you all for the update...

Yes, Today we also received the VPP asking to pay INR 2814/- for the parcel sent by LEGEND BOOK CO.,
2373, A MANDIR LANE.,
NEW DELHI - 110008.
As we know that we did not order any book to this company so I declined to pay for that. Thanks God, anyhow I have saved this money.
Please aware of the same and inform to the friends maximum you can.

thkns alot to all those who have taken effort to uload this as i have just nw received a pacel from this legen book co, , from west patel nagar delhi, and asked me to give a sum of 2080 but i was in dilema as i have never asked any kind of such books from any company than i checked it in the web and here i am saved ..thanks a lot this is a fraud company needs to put a legal check on this.
i will file a complain agaisnt this company

Thank you for this site. I saved my money by immediately searching for Legend Book Company New Delhi in the search engines. Big time fraud. I was surprised because my newly company is barely 2 weeks old and someone sends me a parcel. Lucky my staff has some sense to contact me first regarding it. Official complaint should be made because these crooks are able to get access to such information. Corrupted ROC officers should be made to answer.

SIMILAR TO THE LAST COMPLAINT, WE TOO RECEIVED TODAY BY VVP A PARCL FROM THE SAME COMPANY. THANK GOD THAT E COULD SE TIS ON THE INTERNET AND REFUSED TO TAKE DEILVERY OF TE PARCEL.

THESE GUYS TAKE THE NAME AND ADDESS FROMTHE ROC AND ARE DONG THIS ON REGULAR BAIS. EVEN IF THEY ARE ABLE TO MKE A FEW PPEOPLE BELIEVE, THEY ARE MAKING THEIR MONEY.. THANKS A ON ONCE AGAIN..

Same thing has happened to me...after registering my company i received a VPP saying pay Rs.2080/- and collect parcel ...i regards to ur new company. I have also lost Rs.2080/-...I suggest wee should file a complaint against this company so that they stop this practise and atleast no other is trapped with them

Hi... This is Suresh . Today I was about to become the victim for the same case. I recieved the parcel from the same company. My staff called me and checked about the payment. I went to "google" search and found your complaint. I could just avoid the being a vicitim of this scam. Thanks for your complaint here which is really helping 100 others to punish the like this...

This is a Big FRAUD Legend Book Co, be aware and safe from this type of FRAUD company and Don't Pay Rs. 2184 or Any Amount, I have also received Similar VP. parcel from FRAUD LEGEND BOOK CO NEW DELHI through post office with Similar Amount Rs 2184. Even i am not Ordered any Books from this FRAUD Legend Book Co, I immediately search about this FRAUD Legend Book Co. and i Found All these type of Complaints and I rejected the VP Parcel.

Since i have question why Police and Post office not taking any action against this FRAUD LEGEND BOOK CO NEW DELHI and From Where they get our address and contact details ???

Is FRAUD LEGEND BOOK CO get our Information, address and contact details form ROC (Registrar Office of Companies). is the biggest Question ????...
