Hi Sir/Madam,
On 27/02/2013 I bought one sun glass from LensKart.com(Order no:[protected]). The price was Rs.499/- and I had a discount coupon of Rs200. After applying the discount coupon it became Rs.324 including shipping charges(Rs.25). I got that product within 3 days. But when I got the product it was a faulty and much bigger than my face.So I planed it to return and buy another one. In their service agreement it was written that after getting the product back they will process the refund by stored credit which I can use to buy another product within 24 hrs. They got the product on 08/03/2013 but still they did not refund me.I called them so many times for the same and sent many mails but every day they are telling it will be credited in your account within 24 hrs. Its almost 8 days but I still did not get my store credit. My concern is not about the money of Rs.324, why they are embarrassing me? they might have harassed others too. I already spent Rs.100 from my mobile to call them but still the issue is not resolved actually they don't want to resolve it.
So it's my humble request that please take a necessary action.Please Please Please .............
