[Resolved]  Lic India — Cannot register as New User

i m not loginig as a new user me

I was trying to register as a new user to know about my policy status, but till today I was not able to access it. Kindly do the needful.

Hi, for past 4 months im trying to register myself as new user but site is not allowing me to do. It says to try later or contact LIC. Non of the phone numbers listed in contact us page is valid. Please for god sake modify the web site if informations specified are not correct. better not to specify the option than misguiding with wrong info. please repond to my complaint my mail id reshma.t.[protected]@gmail.com

Unable to register as new user with given policy number..I can see hundred of complaints from other policy holders..it looks like LIC online service sucks..

LIC website is hopless even i[censored] click on DOB calendar the details doesnt appear also i get an error tht v r unable to process contact LIC or try again and I called up the customer service they said try login after some time. the saddest part is i m trying to login past 7 months sad but true LIC web developers are hopless.and the GOVT too. They only know how to take money but service they cant gv. If LIC finds customer they should also know how to care for them in minor matters related to the policy.

How are LIC people advertising that premium online in television??? it is the worst site. I am trying from morning to create a new user and the page hangs for ever. By the time a new user will be created i think we can reach out to the LIC office and pay in person. This is sheer non sense. Don't get carried away by their television Ads.

Dear mother of lic application development team,

You holes, you have developed such a crappy application that I am not able to register myself. Every time it gives error "wrong data entered". The developers who are responsible for developing this app should be hanged in public and their dicks should be choped off.

LIC application development team should shamed of the service that they are providing... more over officers are really dumb and hopeless... how these people run this and have no accountability... rally hole people are working ... ...

LIC — Not able to register as new user

Dear Sir or Madam:

I've tried several times to register online to check my Receipts of policy premium, however the new user registration link is always throwing the following error: "Due to technical issues, this service is unavailable. We'll be back shortly. Inconvenience is deeply regretted." Not only for new users, but also we tried to login directly, but it is throwing the same error message.

Please fix this issue at the earliest.
