[Resolved]  Lic India — Cannot register as New User

SIR,
I was trying to register as a new user to know about my policy status, but till today I was not able to access it. Kindly do the needful.

I tried to pay my premium online several times using PAy Direct option... Always throws a single Error- "Wrong Data Entered"...
Your Register New User link also keeps throwing errors and does not allow us to register ourselves. Can you please explain how it works and how else can I pay my premiums online?
I have tried umpteen number of times... I does work.
Tried customer care number but no response.

Improve your services LIC or there are lots of Insurance agencies are begging to purchase from them.
If this problem does not solved in next 24 hours. Sure as hell I am never gonna buy any more product from LIC.

DATA ENTERED every time. Please help me to register my policy for paying my

Following thing LIC have to implement for online purpose:

New registration
Premium details
Premium payment
Tax saving certificate for particular financial year
Provisional certificate for particular financial year
Profile details with edit facility including profile photo
LIC's registered offices with address and contact details
Premium calculator
Latest policy details

Must work in all browser

I am not able to create new user ID portal for online. it shows "wrong data entered", i check all the details filled is correct, but same complaint again and again,
The policy which was procured recently in Dec 2013. How can i register please suggest.

For me its different...even though i am giving correct details it is showing as Wrong data entered.

Unable to validate properly just 4 inputs from user...then its really useless option given by lic to users.

at least they have to say which input given wrongly..

I have tried many times to register my policy number to pay online. But I can't register because already my LIC agent registered my policy number. But I want to pay premium myself by online. What I have to do? Pls. help me.

While registering a new user with LIC i keep getting wrong data entered error all the time even if i have entered the correct data.

I am unable to register myself as a new customer, it says :
"We are unable to process your request.
Please try again later or contact LIC for further details.".

Someone please help !!!

The premium amount should be entered excluding service tax. Kidnly contact the LIC office to know the premium amount.

I am unable to register as a new user. Every time i fill details it says 'Data is incorrect'. Also it does not tell what data is incorrect. Third class site and it feels like i should cancel my policy.

dear sir/madam, i m lic agent of tinsukia assam. i apply portel password my branch after 3month ago. so m not recived my portel id or password. NAME-shovan raj das Agency code[protected] Email-shovan.[protected]@gmail.com

I and my daughter have LIC Policies 'Jeevan Anand' and 'Jeevan Tarun', till today I am not being able to register as new user as I want to pay our annual premium online rather that submitting through LIC agents. Plse help and advice. Thank you.
