LLOYDS STEEL INDUSTRIES LIMITED — Non receipt of original shares

Under FOLIO-398348, shares (certificate no 889303 and 889304) alloted under IPO were not received by us.Company does not able to confirm the delivery status. Even after number of request duplicate shares certificates are not issued and company want us to make a affidavit that they are lost at our end. It is a mistake of company or their registrar of issue. In such case under undertaking company should issue the duplicate certificates.

Due to change of job locatiions/country have loast several share certificates. Would like to know my holding in above company and steps needed to get the shares dematted, if any. Folio Number : S50196

We have 50 debentures of Lloyds Steel Industries ltd Debenture certificate part B vide Folio no. 21392 certificate no.238030 in the names of KRISHNA KUMARI AND VK VASHISHT. Kindly let us us know about its fate.
