[Resolved]  Lloyds Steel Industries Limited — non conversion of debentures into equity shares under option 1

I have not lodged any complaint with the Company as till date I have been waiting to hear from the Company on the action taken by them on the conversion of Part B of the optional Fully Convertible Part B of the Debentures issued to me as laid down under Financial Covenants and Conditions given on the back side of the debenture Certificate.There has been no communication either through email or by Post from the Company's end hence I have now decided to lodge the complaint with your Forum to enable the Forum to take up the matter with the company on the basis of my complaint lodged with you now.Please do the needful at the earliest.
