non delivary of refill lpg cylinder since 11.06.2011 against booking no214618 dt11.06.2011.Cash memo generated by ioc vide no.4751 dt.21.06.11 but cylinder not yet been delivered.I have complained on 22.06.2011 vide no.132193 and reminder given daily but invein.Also complained on phone no.2221969 but result is zero.My consumer no.D-9170 atM/s Deep Ganga,Ashsiana Nagar,Patna.
