[Resolved]  Madhur Courier — Non delivery of courier

Thanks for the reviews.Today morning I had booked one article with madhur courier, but after going through these comments I decided to get back my article.I went back to the agent and enquired about the despatch status of my article.when he said that it was not yet despatched, I was very happy and asked him to return back my article.He gave me back the article, after deducting Rs.15/- he returned the balance amount.I told him if he want to keep the entire booking amount he can keep it, I won't mind. Actually I was very happy to get the booked item back. THANKS, YOU ALL SAVED ME FROM A BLUNDER

One Courier was Forwarded from Rawassa Construction Amravati on date:07.06.09 with docket no 23939809 thru your currier. bt we still not received it. As i[censored] have dilivered pls gine me name & contact no.

this is very fraud courier service. I was expecting one important courier which was sent by my in laws. this madhur courier neither delivered the courier nor they behaved responsibly. After waiting for 5 days when the local office was contacted, the office attendant tried to neglect the matter. But when my father in laws used harsh word, they give us wrong contact no. It was frustating and very wretched experince. I will never use madhur courier hereafter. In-fact now I doubt on all such private courier services

Hi, It is the worst courier i have seen in my life. My father sent me courier on 20 / Jul /009 from Gwalior to Bangalore. I didnt received it till now and the courier guys are not answering properly.

Non delivery of courier and irresponsible behaviour
I couriered three envelops containing Rakhis for my brothers in Korba and Bhopal thropugh professional courier for delivery on 5h of August 2009 paying 150/- for the service with full recipient address along with my address. They gave me 3 receipts confirming the delivery within 48 hrs!
When i came to know my brothers have still not received the courier i phoned up M.V.P. Colony courier office where i had placed the order to enquire. And to my surprise to the highest level, nobody in the office even knows the status of the parcel!!
Only after i informed of the status, different employees came up with different status! They were unable to answer my querries and in turn asked me to check the status personally with lot of aggression. Somebody went furhter to the extent of telling that the courier was already delivered. Nobody is bothered and they were irresponsible also. They are hardly bothered to track the things back to me also. Till today i am chasing them to get the things back atleast so that i can arrange to send it again. This kind of behaviour is highly unproffessional from Proffessional courier service. Stern action should be definitely taken against this UnProffessional Courrier Services, M.V.P.Colony branch office, Visakhapatnam. The status of the courrier as on date i.e 18-08-09 is as below as per web site www.tpcindia.com.

I am working as a lecturer in Electronics at DM's College Mapusa Goa. New age international publishers Bangalore sent me a parcel containing Electronics books from Bangalore office. One month has already passed and till today i have not received the parcel. When i tried to contact the Madhur courier office on mobile no: [protected], i was told that the complaint will be solved in two days. Now that i am trying to contact on the said number, no one is receiving the call from last three days.
Please do the needful.
