Madhur Courier — SERVICE

MADHUR COURIER SERVIVCE is black spot for the courier service industry even they dont have any complaint site. they are the most irresponsible and worst in service.
they are explain customer that courier means only make sure that parsal reached at particular city and the consignee should approach to office to take the consignment and it's moral duty of consignee

I was daily calling to Himmatnagar office (Madhur courier)

But his not give me proper answer

So please you take action and give me courier as early as possible

I am having wrost experience with madhur courier.

I have send courie on 31/11/2010. Jabalpur - Nagpur and today is 10th Dec. 2010. Till now I havnt received the courier. So today I had called in Jabalpur Office[protected]. they told me call to Mahesh- [protected] this guy deliver the courier on 1 Dec. 2010. When I had called so Mahesh told me I am not able to found the address and today evening I will deliver. If they dont give the service so y they charge we people send through Post. Madhur courier people dont call also which no i had given in courie add.

Very worst service.

I have got the same expereince with these Madhur Courier people.They do not bother for any enquiry.There is number given on the adress of Chennai [protected], total unhuman attitude.The other number [protected] is also only on record to benefit to dialer, no one picks up.I dont want to waste more of my time because already very much upset with these type of irresponsible peoples doing nothing but make their company, s goodwill bad because of their negative thinking and unhuman and unethic behaviour.Not good selection.In all i regret using this courier very very much

I have sent my important doc TO NATIONAL INSTUTE OF OPEN SCHOOL through madhur corier on 18/12011 and it was urgent for the admission. I asked madhur corier so he said it delevered on 24/12011
today is 1/2/2011 and till now corier is not delevered TO NATIONAL INSTRITUTE OF OPEN SCHOOLING SHYAMLA HILLS (BHOPAL)
Irrresponsible corier service .

has stolen the gift inside and after taking follow up both the employees
of indore and bhopal are blaming each other saying he is theft, other is saying
he is theft,

Madhur Courier — Late delivery of important documents

My father has submitted an envelope to madhur courier services in ujjain on 14 feb 2011. courier was locally received in mumbai office of madhur courier on 16 feb 2011 as it was displayed on there tracking status website for the Consignment no [protected] but was not dispatched at the proper destination even after the 5 days .normally courier will take 3-4 days to delivery but in this I have not received courier even after 4-5 days .I have to submit urgent document in my current company regarding medical bills submission.please have a look into this matter urgently.
