[Resolved]  Mahalakshmi Enterprises - Bharat Gas Distributor — Refill of Cylinder takes more than 41 days

Every month we need to go to the Agency explicitly and pressurize them to deliver a cylinder, though we have waited for 41 days!!! Then the refilled cylinder is delivered.

The agency rules for refill/booking a cylinder is
* You can only book after 21 days from the date of prevoius refilled cylinder delivery
* After booking wait for another 15 days

Total wait time (21+15 = 36 days)

But inspite of the above rule - wait of 36 days, we need to go the agency office and ask them when will they deliver the cylinder, there reply is very simple - this weekend or early next week as shortage of stock!!! this has been very consistent from August 2009 to till date. We recieve refilled cylinders ONLY after 41 days

We do not KNOW the reason why do this agency run out of stock ??? Don't they know how many customers are there ?? Do they sell off the cylinders in block to run into Non stock mode???

This agency seems to have some major problem, they are simply out of control and the way they operate seems quite unstructured. Their helpdesk/frontdesk staff are very rude and always seem to be busy with telephone!! Yet if we try to talk them over phone, we will not be in a position to call them as the line will be busy!! No one is responsive in the office as every one seems to be very busy!! . To meet the Manager as well we need to wait (as most of the times Manager goes to bank for the Payment!!) So where do we go ???

Request to take some strict displinary action and audit there internal records whether they follow a process for delivering the refilled cylinders on the promised or expected date.
