Every month we need to go to the Agency explicitly and pressurize them to deliver a cylinder, though we have waited for 41 days!!! Then the refilled cylinder is delivered.

The agency rules for refill/booking a cylinder is
* You can only book after 21 days from the date of prevoius refilled cylinder delivery
* After booking wait for another 15 days

Total wait time (21+15 = 36 days)

But...

I wanted to have new Gas Connection, they told me u have to purchased 2 Gifts (Mixy & Curry pots) worth Rs. 4825 for 2 Cylenders, I[censored] want to take one Cylender, you have to purchased 1 Gift worth Rs. 3695 (Mixy). Total cost of 2 Cylenders is Rs. 11,000/- (includeing Gift Charges)

I don't want to purchase any Gift, Then they told it is mandatory to purchase gifts. They are saying it is from Company.

Please...
