I am writing this complaint for excessive bill. In the hotter month of April & May I received a higher electricity bill, which I accepted, but in the month of June 2011 I am receiving more than month of May 2011, which is totally false. As after getting may bill we started conserving energy by all means, and also month of June is more cooler than month of May, hence energy utilization is less compare to May.

Please resolve this matter at your earliest.

This is with reference to my Consumer Number No.[protected]. My electricity bills have been very high for more than 7 months now.. I have given the details of those months below for your perusal and immediate action.

I have already made a complaint with MULUND Panchrasta office by paying Rs. 150 towards checking of the meter on the 20th of Jun'09 & submitted the same to Mr.Kuswa (Jr.Engineer) in Mulund East office. But till date there is no news on anybody checking the same from MSEB.

Till date there is no response to the same.

I have lodged a 2nd complaint by email on Sun, 27 Sep 2009 22:39:26 IST

sos company — excess billing

paid the due amt of Rs 1310.00 in the last week of November 2009 but on the date of 4th December 2009 asked for pay of Rs 338 and due date is 30.12.09. Why should I pay the amt of 338? kindly send me the bill details to my mail ID bipinbehari.[protected]@gmail.com.
I am Rajni Akhade residing at Naigaon , from past 6 months i am facing problem related to excess billing of MSEB. I am reciving excess bill , i and my husband are only 2 person staying , and we both are working from monday to saturday , we are not at home from morning 8 to evening 8 .and only on sundays we are home for fullday ...

1 TV
1 Fridge

Thats it ....... but than to we are reciving the bill of amounting 1100 to 3000

Many Times me and my husband had visit mseb office at Juhuchandra and Vasai
bun none of the officer and there boss is cooprating

1st time we visited Juhuchandra off were we meet Mr Rathod ( Enggineer )
He ask if officer to check our meter so he came but he said meter is fine but then to were reciving such huge amt of bill so we once again visited to juhuchandra office so same person told to change the meter and told to replace and send old for checking but result was that there is no issue with old meter , now we have new meter but then so we are reciveing huge amt bill , and we ve visited to Mr Jadhav from vasai off ans his are giving us statment that " even we are getting such huge amt of bill "


we have also told them tat is is posible taht some is illlegally using our
electrity sosend officer for checking but they are not even doing that .

None of the eople are cooprating with us i have visited 9 to 12 time but no resolutin


The huge amt of bill problen is faced by entire building .. we al have visted many time to vaisa off but ther no respond ...we are waiting in off for 1 and 2 hrs then people meet us but no resolution

Dear Sir,
My Consumer No.[protected] & P.C.07. We always pay the MSEB Bill by online payments through Standard Chartered Bank Ltd. The March 2009 Bill was paid in 13th April 2009 against this bill the payment as been paid twice but you people have not forwarded the amount. The March Bill date 7th April 2009 & payment was made on 13th April 2009 before Due Date.
The double payment is not yet Considered by the MSEB through out the whole year any where, So Please verify the bill payment against the March 2009 as early as possible.

i have received bill for the month of march rs-9380.00 for the 1 tv 1 refridge, 2 tubelights & 2 fan normally the bill is approx 450 to 500 but last bill 9380.00 thair is no balance of any last bill. we are more times go to mseb office in khanda colony all people not responsibility for thair job many times the on leave mr. aayre, mr kadval not on the seat so much times any we asking for any person the only 1 answer is come tommorow than next day same story in panvel khanda colony mseb office one day mseb person come for the electricity disconnect due to the non payment i already say to my any family member ''save electricity save country'' this is to heavy mistek from mseb how can possible for 1 bhk flat without a/c bill is 9380.00 and now this month bill also 10380.00 rs please suggess.
