Faulty meter.

I have bought a new constructed flat. The first MSEB bill was Rs 1000/- and the other month was 5000/-.
We are two persons at home and our consumption is less.
Hence I had logged a complaint for faulty meter, the same is been not attainded since last 20 days.

Erroneous Billing - Online

I use to pay MSEB bill online. While paying the Bill amount before 15th of every month, a discount of Rs.10 is being offered when we pay across the counter manually. Whereas when I pay the same thing, online I am not getting that benefit. Normally I use to pay the bill between 10th to 13th of everymonth online. Cutting the connection in spite of paying the bill on time!!

No electricity

Electricity is not coming for more than 7 hours. No of times complaints are logged. But No one from RSEB is ready to sort out the problem. Call center guys are just bluffing us and when we ask them when the people will come to rectify the problem, they just tell team is working on other complaint.
Strict action need to be taken against RSEB as they dont listem customer problem.

FAILURE TO REPLACE FAULTY ELECTRIC METER

I have requested to replace my faulty electric meter on 25th Sep'10 but the MSEB officials have failed to act against my application.
The delay has resulted in the electric meter being short circuited and burned. The MSEB officials are still unable to attend the call & rectify the issues.

No Meter Reading Taken since 3 years and no bill received at home

LOAD SHEDDING ABOVE 12 HOURS IN VIRAR

From last more than 10 days there are continuous load shading happens for 12 hours in Virar(west) phase-I.

Power Supply

Problem with MSEB services they have planned for load sharing of power for 2hrs in a day and every Friday for 16hrs.

other then this everyday there is power failure and there is nobody to answer at sub-station when we call the incharge,he never answer properly.

We have noticed that in Ravet though we pay high corporation taxes but yet we dont get any facility which are basic and must for anybody.
