Dear Sir
I have brought Xylo E4 Vichle from SHUHUL AUTOMOBILES PVT.LTD NOWGAM BYPASS SRINAGAR.on 21.06.2009.
Ihad accident of my vichle on 29 may.2010. i left vichle for insurance claim with shuhul automobiles. i have bajaj aliance insurance . insurance people have cleared the insurance claim. now shuhul people told me that we will deliver vichle on 5th June. 2010.
but as on today i have not got deliver of my vichle and the service from the shuhul dept. is very very poor they are not treating clients in good manor when i conatct them they say so many excuse within 2 mints they cut the teleph. i have been 3 times to the thier office for enquiry of my vichle they give only one answer that Mr Juniad is not available . Mr Juanid is lookkin after insurance claim vichles. Junaid cellno; [protected].

now my request u to is that kinldy take a action against that why they don't given proper response to their clients. and shuhul automobiles in srinagar is not taking care of their clients even their boss is not meeting their clients when we ask that we need to meet boss of the shuhul they don't give importants . their staff specialy those who are on excutive post.

kinldy inform the Shuhul auto people that look after their clients in proper maner.

they think that we kashmirs are not able to send the complients to Mahindra company.

Mahindra zylo — claim payout

Dear Sir,
I have a vehicle Mahindra zylo registraton no.UA07-CC0684 which is insured m/s Reliance General Insurance co. .I want registered a complaint against co.because my veh. has been repaired on premier showroom in dehradun due to an accident. Surveyor has been completed survey but I have not recived any massage regarding my payout last three weak & when I contact claimed dept. Reliance Delhi office no.[protected],450,448 not anybody receiving the call.

Plz reply asap.

i bought xylo E4 from tvs ernakulam, i had a problem with the ac and the vehicle is given to the mahindra service center at kaloor, and the service engineer told that ac pipe is broken and it will be replaced in one day, since this is the 9th day there is no response. when i call them they are saying that no ac pipe is available in mahindra service center. the entire service wing is having no responsibility. please respond

Dear Sir,

I have booked a car XUV 500 FWD 8, for which i have clear all the amount which was finalised with the accesaries with the DEALER (Global Gallaries) THANE W. Mumbai. Dealer commited me that they shall give us the delivery on Dated 2 July 2014 and the same was not fulfulled on the same Date. At the time booking the dealer is providing me the insurance amount on the same car is Rs. 57, 064.00 and now he is denying to give me the same amount of insurance and now Dealer is deliver me a cover note of Rs. 25, 922.00 (Insurance amount) its a big fraud with me.

My schedule totally disturbed with Delars comment.

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased one juicer mixture through CJ Star product their phone number is[protected] vide my order no: [protected], docket no:[protected] booking date 21.3.2011. the juicer mixture one parts mixing and they told me in holi offer they given me HOLI PROMOTION LOCK N LOCK SET. till 12th April I will not received the said product. I compliant on 12th April 2011 they sent one SMS on 13th April 2011 your Holi Promotion Lock n Lock set has been shipped to day it will delivered to you soon. Till date i.e. 18th April I will not received the set. We will wait till 1 p.m daily after that we will left for work. I am working with consumer form (legal expert). I will sent a legal notice to them. I will wait one week more otherwise we will sent a legal notice. My earlier compliant dated 11th April, 2011

      Very Very Poor Service

      Hi, I'm Jay, possessing 2007 Scorpio CRDe LX which was having some minor issues such as
      1.the dashboard's middle AC vent to be replaced,
      2. rear foot rest to be replaced completed with a new one,
      3. 65000km servicing.

      So went to do the repair at NBS International which is M & M's own service center at Sewree, and to my surprise the service was horrible.
      The Service Advisor claimed...

      I HAVE REGULARY SERVICING MY 4TH & 5TH SERVICE FOR YOUR BHANDUP WORKS. I THAT I FOUND THAT THE HANDBRAKE CABLE WORKING FAILED IN 4TH SERVICE AND COMBINATION SWTICH NOT WORKING PROPER HEADLIGHT IN MID OF 4TH SERVICE AND 5TH SERVICE AND WIPER GEAR NOT WORKING IN 5TH service and i was assured fully By your service engineer that it would be replaced free of cost from the company as the car carries 2yr warranrty but till today 1month have been passed for the 5th service and 4months have passed for 4th service i do regulary call your service engineer for the parts..but it say its in progress....wen i call up in your store manager for the said parts to be purchased its says that are availlabe for COST.? i also call mr.sachin think so the works manager for bhandup but he didnt even bothered to pick my call at 11.30am replied via sms that" kindly call me after 2.00pm " is that the serive you offer to your customer...is that the way you build up relations to the customer....that day onwards i have stop the publicty for xylo...becoz once if you purchase it all fine but the sales and servcive offered by the companies dealers is WORST

        I am shanmukayy G mathapati, Belgaum Karnataka, I purchased Mahindra Xylo D2 Golder simmer colour on 16th May 2010 from Sutaria Auto Centre, Hubli, Karnataka, eng No was JAA4D12908, after taking of delvery the vehicle was runs smoothly up to 10kms after 2minutes the vehicle was suddenly comes to the nutral gear, 2 3 times, at that time only i contact with Mr Ishwar Sales Consultant, he said nothing is problem you so to the belgaum service centre when i contact with belgaum service centre one person was came and he attend the complaint he says i will pass the same meessage to works Manager, Hubli, he said, when the works manager called me on 20th may 2010 at 3.45pm he said the gear box problem is their and i will speak with company people he said, when i called again on 25th may 2010 at 12.30pm he told me i will intimeted to head office and i have take aproval from head office he said,

        finally i asked how many day's you want to solve this problem he said minimum 8 to 10 days he said,

        see how much useless fellows are there i was paid them Rs. 6,55,300/- and vehicle was not in good condition who is responce this problem wether the M & M company is also sliping or what why like that happen..........?

        when i runs the vehicle in 3rd and 4rth gear continusally, what was milliage of the vehicle who will give the fuel .
        please look into this matter please clear the problem as soon as possible .

        I have been a loyal employee of the organisation and working since past 13 years in the security department Tractor division Kandivli East ... would like to request to take back the VRS as my Kids are still studying and there is no back support .. with depression I had to take this decission and sign the form ... . My past records have been perfect .. this can be verified by my superiors. I am the bread winner of the family ... without the job I will be totally handicpp...           had purchased a mahindra xylo E8, from day one both front discs are emiiting a black carbon like residue which accumulates on the wheels, also when you hit the brake it produces such a loud screech which is unbearable. The clutch is so hard that after driving for 50 kms only u feel so tired. We had reported all these problems to M/s Koncept AutoMobiles from 1st service onwards but nothing was done, finally we had lodged a complaint on Mahindra customer care and one o[censored]r representative from mahindra contacted us, but he also did not rectify the issue citing that the brake pads had worn out and we will have to pay for there replacement.

          My care has just run 25000kms and they say that the brake pads have to be replaced. I am really dissapointed with the xylo and so called mahindra customer care.
          So please help in taking this matter to the highest authority.

            I was previously employed in Mahindra Engineering Design and Development Company (MEDDCL) and I had subscribed to the EP[censored]p to the month of November 2008.My EPF A/c number is MH/KND/93415/1128 maintained by PF Commissioner, Kandivili.

            I had sent my form 13 to transfer my PF account from MH/KND/93415/1128 to TN/22589/1189 before 3 months itself to EPF,Kandivili through my present employer to the EPF office and i had checked the claim status in EPF website showing that my form 13 is returned to the former employer (MEDDCL). So kindly help me to transfer my EPF account . Pl do the needfull.

              i hadbrought a xylo from sri durga auto in nov09 registration no. DL 4CL NB 4379. in the name of Parvesh Gupta, G-188, Prashant Vihar, rohini, Delhi-110085.

              mahindra is producing a quality product i admire about it, but there is no use of such a good cars if their service center is not working properly.

              any cars success if its maruti or honda lies in its service , if service given to the customer is good automatically cars is good.

              I, have visited the dealers work station 10 times for almost some same problems repeatedly and repeatedly but they don't take care of it , after asking the adviser why the problem still persists they reply that it is okay you have to adjust your driving pattern.

              is this the way to deal with the problems of the car , arguing with the customer that we have done it , you are wrong in your driving.

              If it would be the behavior of the service advisers towards the customer who will again recommend to buy the cars

                Dear Team,

                I am Vinay Uramalia Privious Employee of MMFSL (Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd)My Emp.Code- 12457.My first joining in MMFSL was Sept 2007 In Saharanpur Branch at that time our Branch Maneger was Mr. Tarun Aggrawal. at that time Saharanpur Branch in loss there was total OD 1.40 crocre only.Before my joing there were three emp who worked here equel to od and cd and perform the compny.After my joining my branch manager give me Total 110 cases for recovery with 1.20 crocre od and 7.50 lacs cd.When i start the work i find 60 cases in dl was movementable but 50 cases in my dl was no movement able. Thease cases was Intentionaly default some was crimnals And some was Politicaly strong. Report to my BM he says that you can best perform in these cases don't worry i am with you do work hard in these cases.After some time my BM Mr. Tarun Aggarwal regined from the company and Mr. Sanjay Shrivastav join new BM.After a few days i discus that matter from Mr. Sanjay Shrivastav,He says that i will dibite these un movementable cases all the employ don't worry.But my BM not done that next 3 months.That result was non performer after till march 2008,because i not achive 100%Target last 6 months.i says my BM but he can not help me.i meet my RM Mr. Pradeep Singh also he can not help me.Than i meet my ZM Mr. Narendra Bhatt and says my all the problems and after 2 months i come back the compny.Mr. Bhatt says that you will do work equel CD and OD in Saharanpur.But my BM not agree to debite theae un movementable contract between employee. And i do work in same DL at Branch.In period of my working i surrendor many vhicles Reposesation many vhicles Self repo the vhicle.I achived 85%Fresh collection efficency 100% above Including disposeal of vhicle in[protected].In case of soft bucket coustomer i achive 102% collection efficency in per month.when the HOD (Head Of The Department)is visit the branch i visit these un movementable contact to him as Mr.Pradeep Singh ,Mr.Narendra Bhatt,Mr.Chandan Benrji,Mr.Gurdev Mehta but he says me do work hard in these cases you will naver face any problem in future. but that result was i was non performer once again in after march 2009. After i quiet to company my branch manager is devited all un movement cases to all employes why ??? I request to my BM many times in my working period but he do not that.
                I request my all these BOSS RM,ZM,GM,and some HO lable but no any solution of my problem i send mail my all superieor but no reply recevied from them. i am flastred from 1 year. I told i request you that kindly reslove my problem. i hope you will take it very serious.

                    I HAVE PURCHASED THAT XYLO E4 CAR FROM M/S KHOKON MOTORS PVT. LTD. SILIGURI ON 03/03/2010.IN THE I FOUND THE AC WAS NOT IN WORKING CONDITION.AFTER THAT THREE TIMES I HAVE SEND MY CAR TO THE DEALER WORKSHOP AT SILIGURI BY TRAVELLING 100 KM IN EACH TIME FROM JALPAIGURI.IN EACH TIME THE DEALER REPAIRED THE AC THAT TIME AND ASSURE ME THAT THE AC HAS NO PROBLEM.
                    NOW AFTER 22 DAY THE SAME PROBLEM HAPPENED.NOW I AM VERY FRUSTRATED ABOUT NEWLY PURCHASED CAR AND PROPOSED TO THE DEALER THROUGH THIS COMPLAIN FOR IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OF GAR OR AC.

                      In the 3rd vechicle(KL-31A-7760) when bought the vehicle muflier was leaking and was promised by TVS sundram (allapuzha) showroom that it will be changed after 1st service but even after the last free service I have not got it changed.
                      In the 4th vehicle (KL-31B-2395)I promised a center locking with remote control.they said it will be given to you after 1st service but I have not got it yet.After the 3rd service they told me that it was not offer xylo(e4).I have cheated by especially ramachandran(sales executive)of tvs sundram allapuzha.
                      In future if this problem is not solved I am not going to purchase any more vehicle of Mahindra and not allow any my friends or relatives to do so . Before 5 months there was a offer running that if you make Mahindra vehicle sell you will be gifted with a gold coin.but I have not received it yet.

                        this is rajendra mishra from baroda(gujarat). i have buy a xylo on 13.01.10 from east africa dealer. His name is Mr. rupen. i would like to inform u that its now more than one month but still i havent receive any document of my car. till now he has not given me the invoice of my car. n again i m not satisfied with the car also coz every now n then the car is getting problem. i m having a travel bussiness n so far that i need papers coz without papers i cant send my car out of gujarat. now u only tell me is this fair. whenever my persons goes on to his showroom he never reply for that. lastly i have to repaired that cat from CARAVEL MOTORS.from baroda(gujarat). At the time of repairing he has taken more than one week to repair my car but then also my car was as it is. so lastly i have to went to CARAVEL MOTORS. Then my car was lastly repaired. so i request u to take some legal action against him. otherwise i have to take legal action against him.

                          i booked the bolero SLX on 8th october, but still i not get my car,i go many times in the showroom and they are telling that there is no production because there is strike in the company ,so car is not coming ,every day they are excusing and today again i go telling that car not coming from company,they telling that your delivery is now on january.they not understand customer problem.
                          bank installment and interest is going on but they not caring about this.

                          they are not given actual reason about the bolero slx and always giving pending reson.

                          plz help me to get this car as soon as possible.

                          Sir,

                          I would like to narrate a wonderful experience I had within one and a half year of buying the car.

                          I bought Mahindra Scorpio 4WD from Snow view Automobiles, Shimla. This was my second Scorpio and it was my first choice because of the experience of the first one, but my experience with the new Scorpio had changed the perception completely in the opposite Direction.

                          The story starts from the day 5th Sept. 2008. The day it came out of the showroom. Within one month in the first week of October a trip to Leh with 4x4 Scorpio car had to be towed back to the showroom because its torsion bar broke off only after 4000km. the car was returned back after one month on 12th November by the company. What made me wonder was if the company was building the new car as I have never seen anywhere where it took so much time to replace the torsion bar or may be because company must be shipping the component from USA than only it may take so much time?

                          That’s just the beginning, another nice experience I had while travelling from Shimla to Somnath in Jan 2009 with my family, brake fluid pipe leaked in Bur in Middle of the Desert in Rajasthan. The help which I could get from the Helpline was that the nearest service station was at Jodhpur from the 367 kms away. That was the best they can do for me. The new car brake pipe leaked on the straight National Highway road amazed me. Would thank god as it was straight road without much traffic so slowly shifted to high gears to stop the car, if it was Shimla I would definitely had made the news in the Paper. I had to get it repaired locally and after coming back when I went to the showroom the pipe was not available and they repaired it with the same local pipe. The same pipe leaked again in next month in Feb. while travelling to Delhi on business tour near Karnal.

                          The complete year was full of troubles and all every month or the other I had to be in the Showroom. Showroom mechanics have become good friends of mine and it seems I give more time in showroom than my office.

                          In Dec. 2009 four wheel drive some part broke off for which they took 25 days to repair the car. All the time it made me think that this is the last time from next time it would be completely be fine.

                          Next month 2010 while travelling towards Chandigarh torsion bar bolt broke off on the curve at the speed of 40 km/hr. May be god is gracious on me that’s why it didn’t toppled, I was just on the line of seeing the another world. The had car was repaired in Swami Automobiles in Chandigarh but the job done was above expectations, as I had to get the torsion bar repaired again after three weeks.

                          Latest update is of yesterday, exhaust manifold leaked and it is standing the showroom again.

                          I would like to thank you for providing me such a wonder full car as it has become so personal as the time devoted by me in comparison of business and family is much more. Tensions have doubled as I am into fruit and vegetable business and had to go to villages in Kucha road but all the time I go I always cross my fingers and only Hunumaan Chalisa runs in my stereo as I touch the kucha road. Thanks for making me so close to God.

                          I would just like to ask do you charge less for not providing the Quality or you want to provide a SUV at the lowest prices without quality and this time if you want I would be happy to give you the car back.

                          Three times my life was at risk because I spend ten lakhs.

                          I know consumer does not hold any importance in India but one thing for sure that you have lost one customer permanently. My business has suffered so much that I have no intentions to keep it any more. I have become a laughing stock among my friends and relatives, the hard work put behind to buy 10 lac car had given me such good returns that I don't intend to go with the brand Mahindra next time.

                          I am also the customer of Club Mahindra but if this is the service of Mahindra I am ready to cancel my membership.

                            Subject : XYLO Manufacturing Defects
                            VEHICLE NO :KL 21 B 2367

                            I was the first person who purchased Xylo with taxi permit through your Trivandrum agents. From the second week onwards we are facing too much problems with your vehicle.

                            • Initially one tyre got bursted while we were driving through NH and we informed this issue to sales rep Mr. Mujeeb- at Tvm division – Mob: [protected] he told that the tyre should be sent to Bombay for diagnosing the actual problem. So as avoid huge delay I repaired and kept that as reserve tyre. ( Please look into this matter seriously)
                            • Second issue was that water was getting inside rear indicator- that problem was solved by your tvm agents
                            • Third issue was there was having some problems with alternator belt, when we gone for first service we informed this matter now almost 10000/- kms is over. Whenever I asked them whether the belt arrived or not? Again they will give me answer within 7 days. If I use some local belts your company won’t give me any warranty arises due to this. Due to this belt is not yet changed. Even I made meeting with tvm service manager Mr. Manoj he told that belt arrived but I couldn’t find belt till now. He informed me to run this vehicle with the old belt and no problem will happen-
                            • Finally now the problem is with oil leakage in axils. Now your agents asking me minimum 20 – 25 days to get this problem solved. I am totally in debt and I can’t repay the loan due to service problems. I am unable to book long trips due to vehicle problems. If my vehicle runs as taxi then only I am able to repay the loan. Since from the date of purchase I could run my vehicle only for 30 days and still the vehicle is inside the service division of mahindra at Trivandrum.

                            Please look into the matter seriously and if there is any serious manufacturing defects, please rectify and pay us the compensation as we couldn’t run this vehicle as taxi for long time. Further you may kindly instruct your agents at trivandrum don’t make the customers unnecessary troubles without supporting with spare parts.

                              i bought my mahindra xylo from sridurga motors(new delhi) DL4C NB3875 .
                              my complaints are blew.
                              1 gate fittings are not properly fit and sounds too much.
                              2 seats are sounds like hell.
                              3 fuel tank button from steering is not working.
                              4 cars wheels is just finished.its running to left side.
                              5 head light is not working.
                              i had complaint to my mahindra dealer(sridurga mators) so many times now.no body replyed yet.i had called to so many persons in sridurga motors.i just want to convey this masssage i have used maruti swift and ford fiesta and they give me very good service,i used mahindras cars 1st time and its worst experience.i[censored] cant give a good service to owners why u selling them.

                              Hi Mahesh,

                              Being an Indian you should be aware and get used to this very truth. Once your money is out of your pocket, you are of no one's need. Is it a private sector or it is a government sector its one in the case.

                              We cannot fight for problems we face with the company, nor with our government, because they never came to your door to buy their product. The suggestion I can give you from my (all Indian's) experience is try to get adjust with the fact and try to resolve the problems yourself. Learn to fix the problems you have and don't let anyone know about your problem ... 80% laugh at it and 20% can't help.

                              As far as your problems with Xylo, I guess it is quite common in all the cars, it is just that some cars give problems so soon and some bit later. But you can't expect any service that fixes your car. Service is always good if your car gives no trouble .. remember this.

                              You said you had very good service from ford and maruti ... I had a pretty bad experience with ford, in the regular service they forgot to fit the front wheel bolts. Since my car has wheel caps, I couldn't notice that and drove almost 100 KM without a notice of it. With a freaky noise that coming from the wheel then i noticed that wheel is missing all the bolts except for one. when i called the service center they simply said "SORRY". That is it.

                              Do you believe that they are going to take this incident as very serious ? I don't think so. We Indians are so greedy for money that we ignore all the complaints and continue to deliver all faulty pieces despite of knowing it.

                              We Indians are quantitative not quality conscious. Be a proud Indian.

                                I have bought my Xylo E4 variant on 26th june 2009 from India garage and have done 10800 KMs so far , I am facing the following issues with my car and have reported the same to the service engineers at VST motors, Vellacherry , chennai but none of the issue was fixed properly.
                                1. Black carbon being emitted from both the front wheels
                                2.Too much of noise from the middle row seat while traveling, I was informed by the service personnel of VST chennai that they have done whatever they could do to eliminate the noise and was not able to seize the sound and they are facing simillar problem with some of other xylos also and mahindra is yet to come up with an sollution for the annoying door and seat rattling.
                                3.One of the rear tyre was making noise and at times jammed when i was applying breakes , while the other tyres were rotating. I took my vehicle to VST motors again they charged 207 rupees for cleaning the break pads but to my shock the problem was not rectified at all they took one more day to fix the problem but now I feel that the breaks are in adequate to control the vehicle.I am very curious to know whether any one at VST/Mahindra tests the vehicle once the problem is fixed.

                                I am very much worried about my decission of bying an Xylo because of the number of issues that I am facing with the car and the inability of the authorised service station of Mahindra to eliminate the problems. Please do the needfull.

                                Found water content inside the Fog light. Reported to Calicut service center on 02/11/2010. 14/12/2010 showed the authorized person during the time of second service. Many times we asked through phone but they told until now they did not have stock of fog light. They told that they will call us if they receive from the factory. Please change the fog light as soon as possible.

                                Hi I have just bought Mahindra Xylo and i would tell everyone not to buy this car.
                                I bought the car on February 2011 and the millage is 20, 000 i have put 3 free services.
                                The problems i am having:-

                                1.windscreen washer doesn't work and each time it went to service they never looked still they haven't fixed it (front window steams like hell and we are unable to see the car specially if it rains)
                                2.Same problem the wheel making humming noise if you break the car.

                                I live in UK and i bought this car for my parents and i am unable to contact any one from higher position from Mahindra to report.

                                2 times i came from airport and driven 6 hours during these times when rains i noticed the front window quickly steams with-in 5 seconds and blank the driver view, and he had to stop in the middle of the road. i suspect the materiel is low quality. if this happen in uk cars the company will be shutdown doesn't matter whatever the excuses are like air-condition/ weather but still it shouldn't blank the front screen.

                                Also the windscreen washer doesn't work the front window also gets greasy quickly now i am worried about my parents having this car.

                                The car has been purchased in TRICHY company mahindra dealer , the car was purchased on the February 2011 and it had 3 regular free services.

                                As i live in abroad i have visited indian and the xylo came to the airport to pick me up and i was devastated by this company.

                                1) Windscreen washer hasn't been working since the car was purchased and they never looked at this for up to 3 services.(How is this possible)
                                On my way it was started to rain and the front screen quickly steamed out within 5 seconds and my driver was lost and didn't know what to do so stopped the car middle of the road. he was telling me this is the problem always happening in this car and he never had this in any other cars.
                                2) When he put breaks than i can hear some sort of humming noise from the wheel its sounds like drum sort of noise.

                                As soon as i arrived home i send the car for one more service and paid for it, this time i send the car to Kumbakonam mahindra to check whether they going to fix but after paying 9,000 rupees kumbakonam office advised us to take the car back to trichy mahindra.

                                Still the windscrren washed problems remains..
                                Front window steaming problems remains...
                                Drum noise from the wheels remains....

                                So i would like somebody from higher positions from mahindra to contact me or my father immediately and fix the problems.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I purchased one mahindra Rodeo scooter from APEX AUTOMOBILES, JAIPUR last year January and since then I have been facing problem with this scooter. Self starter not working properly and I have to get charged my scooter battery every 15 days and it is reported to my dealer every time I visit to my dealer for servicing and every time they tell me now it is ok you will not get any problem but again same story repeated. They sent my battery AMCO dealer and told me battery is ok but again I am getting same starting problem even if I pulling choke.Further, another problem I am facing that is also very surprising regarding mileage which you claim and that is totally false claim you are saying in the market and I can't believe this false claim made by such a big company like Mahindra. I am honestly saying the mileage of this scooter is only less than 20 kmpl. I admit in the last one year I forgot to send any mail and also did not approach any consumer forum but now I think I should tell you about my sufferings. Because trusting on the MAHINDRA brand I purchased the same but now I am totally frustrated about this bike and want to get rid of the same and will advice to others not to purchase the vehicle if my problem is not properly addressed.

                                  on 3 oct 2009 i drop my vehicle scorpio reg. no. DL4C NB 2088 to the Sri Durga automobiles which is at moti nagar in New Delhi. there was just a small noise coming out from the vehicle for which i dropped it and the service adviser who attened me says this is the noise of car fan belt and it will be repaired with very low cost. but the noise was coming from the clutch part of the vehicle which i show him then he says that it will be repaired also i asked him that my vehicle is warranty and please do take care that work is done according to it. after 2 hrs when i reached my home back a phone call from the sri durga workshop department has come and the person calling says that your clutch overhall ho to be done which will cost around 10000rs and also if do not repaired my vehicle then its clutch will be seized. then i asked him to repair it after it also says that your car sevrice also due so we are also srevicing your vehicle i said ok. then after 2 days on 5 oct 2009 when i reached there they told me to pay the bill of rs 19164.00 when i asked them about the proper details they just asid all the work has done as per requirement but the dont explained me anything after it when i asked them for the testdrive of my vehicle they it is ready and you just pay the bill and can take it home. when i forced him for testdrive he taken me to my car and when i started my car it was not starting for which he said that you car battrey has been down then by connecting another battery they strarted my vehicle and said your baterry will charged within some hrs and deliverd me the defective vehicle. on the same day when i was going out and started my vehicle it has the same problem and i called the sri durga asst.workshop manager mr. manu who said to me that tommorow our machanic will come to you home and repair the vehicle. next day after i called them many times the parson comes to my home and said that you have to take the vehicle to the workshop for checking up the problem where they told me that your car battery is down and it has to be changed. i asked them its your fault because this problem has arised from your side then the senior workshop manager k.k. chauhan strated argument with me and says you have to pay for you battery . then they another bill of rs 5274.00 made and forced me to pay it. also none of my any old part of the vehicle hanede over to me neither they were able to explain any of the expense.
                                  It is my pleased request to the above concerend authorities to look into the matter and contact me as soon as possible.

                                  Subject - complaint Regarding Mahendra Xuv DL10CT0992.
                                  our vehicle bearing the above mentioned registration no.was sent to shree durga automobile rama road on 17 th June 2015, for servicing and change of front wind screen. We were told that the vehicle would be delivered after 1 day. Today, is 4thJuly, is 18 th day but inspite of repeated requests and calls we have not received our vehicle till date.The most disappointing part is that Mr.KK Chauhan, DGM is also not picking any calls from me or from my office and behaving in the same fashion as his subordinates are . This forces us to think of malafide intentions and that there are high chances o[censored]tilisation of our vehicles in any unlawful activity. W e are therefore compelled by them and behaviour of Mr.KK Chauhan to complaint against them in our local police station, consumer forum and if possible to senior authorities of shree durga automobile company for the sake of our safety & security. We are thoroughly harrased by their services and also taken aback to see the highest level of negligence and careless attitude of an organisation towards its client in today's competitive world.
                                  though I have many cars including Mercedes, Audi A6 but I was very happy with my Xuv.500 ...such a nice car but extremely disappointed by shree durga automobile Rama Road service team ...I think this is why inspite of good product Indian automaker looses.
