Dear AirTel:
After experiencing the unsatisfactory service from your side I am forced to register a complain.
I hold a CUG plan and an employee of Mahindra & Mahindra.
Concern: Never able to talk to customer representative since I have started using airtel
Concerns are never solved and if comlaint is registered than everytime new representative calls and asks for the concern
Even if I do not make a single call throughout the day, the unbilled amount in the next day shoots by Rs. 50.

I hope for your positive support on this or will have to forcefully terminate my account.

    I have purchased mahindra xylo d2 on 29 sept 2010 from R C Enterprise through HDFC loan. At the time of delivery Dealer has provided only delivery chalan and has said you can take remaining documents from Hdfc agent .After two days Agent has given only invoice and sale certificate.Again i visited to R C Enterprise they did not handover form 22 and temporary no.Dealer authority said we are not authorized to give form 22 to customer .I did not have any paper to prove ownership of the vehicle.
    I want to know: Who will the legitimate owner of the UNREGISTERED Vehicle.

    i purchased a Xylo E2 on 23 oct 2009 from automovers lucknow up.but invoice and service book is not handover to me by dealer.according to invoice payment is given by mahindra finance sultanpur up.

        We have purchased Bolero SLX no. MP 07 BA 0460 from Royal Automobiles, Gwalior (MP) in 2007. I have the following complaint against Royal Automobiles-

        1) There is no proper service equipment available with Royal Automobiles like pressure lift always is not working

        2) After washing there is no provision of Greasing at workshop

        3) We have demand Power st-rearing oil seal in May 2010 and 15.12.2010 but they are not able to provide the oil seal till date.

        Please let us know the benefit of authorized service station. We humbly request you please take the necessary action at the earliest.

        On behalf of Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd We have purchased two(2) Boloro LX MDITC NGT 2WD 7 STR BS3 ACRP( Bolero SLE) from A Automovers Faizabad Road Lucknow on 6.09.2011. In this regard CFCL had issued purchased order 5.07.2011 acknowled by concerned on 11.07.2011. On the basis of Quotation following terms are defined:
        Price- Price on the date of Delierey
        Excepted time- 2 to -4 week,
        Accessaries up to 10000 approx included
        Insurance & RC - Actual.

        After many efforts we could got vehicle on 6.09.2011 i.e after completing of 58 days on increased price and we incurred more the P O value Rs7437 per Vehicle i.e 2 Vehicle Rs14874/= because of late of delievery time. We spent not only more then P O Vale but also deleivery of vehicl in so late.

        Offer of Accessaries also withdrawn by the company as per the dealer.

        Due to failure of commitment by the dealer and non availablility of vehicle, The said amount should be refunded to CFCL.

        We humbly request you please take the necessary action at the earliest.

          dear Mahindra Xylo,
          i am a customer of mahindra having a two months old E6, Dimond White Xylo, bearing reg. no. KL 01 AZ 3920 in the name Shibu. it was drenched in water due to breach upstream of the river near by on December 8th. according to the TVS Mahindra, Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram service centre people all the the electrical and electronic parts are damaged due to water logging and the work of the vehicle can be completed only according to the availability of parts from Mahindra. that may take a minimum of one month to a maximum of many months. please help me providing necessary items in time. as a lady customer i am totally trapped here without car. my mobility has come down to almost zero. Kindly help me to get the vehicle in top condition as early as possible with minimum depreciation.

            I bought a Scorpio and was delivered by Sterling Motor Co ( Gurgaon ) on 23rd Oct 2010. After 4-5 days the 3rd row seat started giving trouble as it did not stay in it’s folded position. After about 16 days of delivery (400 kms ) the 5th gear stopped working , it did not stay engaged , it would slip back into neutral position as soon as the gear was shifted to 5th .
            Since I was out of town I wrote to Sterling Motor Co . and chose to address it to Mr. Manish Sharma as he was the person who sold the vehicle to us. He has been very professional and helpful throughout our dealings with Sterling Motor Co. Mr. Manish Sharma booked an appointment for the vehicle to be inspected at the Sterling Motor Co workshop and informed my wife about the appointment set for the 9th Nov.
            On 9th Nov 2010 at around 10:30 am ,my wife took the Scorpio to the Sterling Motor Co Workshop in Sector 18 , Maruti Industrial Area , HUDA , Gurgaon. Upon reaching the workshop Mr. Vineet Rana took up the case for the Scorpio. After a test drive it was determined that the 5th gear did have a problem and Mr. Vineet told my wife that it would take about 4 hrs for the repair of the 5th gear and 3rd row seat ( was missing a screw ). It was 11 am , so , with the 4 hr time given by the work shop to resolve the problem the vehicle was due for delivery at 3 pm. My wife went home and came back to collect the Scorpio after 3:30 pm , the vehicle was not ready and Mr.Vineet Rana would tell my wife that it would take another 15 – 20 mts more , after several excuses like these the vehicle was finally ready at around 7 pm !!! To add insult to injury it took another 15 – 20 minutes for the billing department to print the bill so my wife could take the vehicle and go home. The final task of printing the bill was passed around between 2 or 3 different billing clerks. My wife had to raise hell and scream at the staff there for them to take the matter seriously and finally print the bill. Anyone who has been to this workshop knows that this place has a predominantly a male clientele .She finally left the workshop around 7:30 pm.
            I wrote about this incidence to Mr. Manish Sharma a day or two after the incidence and asked him to forward my concerns / complaint to the relevant person and also copy the mail to me so I know some concrete steps are being taken in Sterling Motor Co to minimize such incidents in the future. It has now been over 2 weeks and I have not heard from Mr. Manish on this matter (solving complaints is not his department and he has done enough to help me with my problems ) .
            I then wrote to Mahindra & Mahindra customer care directly on 18th Nov 2010 , in the hopes that these problems will be rectified in the future. Then a week later I wrote back to M&M as there was no acknowledgement from M&M (although their web site states that they respond within 6 hrs of receiving comments from customers ) With M&M having a large urban client , it is in their interest to push companies like Sterling Motor Co to have better trained employees and also have a system of holding them accountable for poor performance. How could an Executive from Sterling Motor Co give and estimated time of delivery as 3 pm and finally the customer walks out of the workshop at 7:30 pm ( 4.5 hrs after the promised time of delivery !!! ) Someone senior in the company needs to start by auditing the station / workshop manager, as such slack performance would come only if the senior management is complacent.
            It has been 20 days since I wrote about the incident to Sterling Motors and about 14 days since I wrote to M&M , neither companies have acknowledged my concern. When I read other comments regarding Mahindra & Mahindra after sales service , my issue sounds relatively small but if M&M really wants to excel and stand shoulder to shoulder with the multinational companies then they need to heed these finer points. In the past I have driven a Maruti , a Hundai and a Honda and these 3 companies delivered excellent service while they were in the process of selling me the car and most importantly their service stations were handled in a very competent and professional manner.
            I am investing my time and I hope to see a positive outcome from this constructive criticism.

            mahindra & mahindra /scrpio m2di — late delivery

            my self Meherdeep Patil,
            i booked a Scorpio m2di 7 sitter in SABLOK CARS. Add: Manmad road, Nagapur, Ahmednagar-414111. on 13/5/09. with Rs 10000.00 as the showroom rules,

            then nest month i call them on 26/06/09 that i m coming on 29/06/09 for delivery.

            theay told me that vehicle is ready.so i was there on 29 with Chick no(650738) of Rs 670000.00

            i received the resit of check no(1789) and after one hour Theay told me that theay dont have that model available in showroom.

            u can understand that how we feel on that movement.even that is ok after that the sales manager ca meet me he will give me delivery on 1/07/09.

            but on today also the same thing! i m paying 15% interest from 26/06.today i call them but the sales manegar is not receving my phone.so please help me!

            Dear Sir,

            I had purchased a 'Mahindra Maxximo LTV STD LOAD CARR 0.9L 2CY' from your authorized dealer in Siliguri i.e. Khokan Motors Pvt. Ltd. on 25th Dec, 2012. Please find the attached invoice. I was assisted by Animesh from Mahindra Finance who was good enough. I had a satisfactory experience with the purchase of the above mentioned vehicle, but had a bitter experience after it. I would like to share the after sales service I received from you to elaborate it in a better way.

            The address provided in the registration book was not as per my request. The executive entered the old address in it and therefore it was sent to that address by the RT office which went unreceived. There was no co-ordination from your end to help us solve this issue. I could
            not use the vehicle for 2 months because there was no registration book. Additionally, I had to incur Rs.500 to sort out the issue. Somehow I got the blue book from RT office at last.

            The dealer did not provide me with the invoice of the vehicle. I had to go to the showroom again to get it. Again I visited for the money receipt. The servicing book was also not provided by them. None of the important documents were given by the executives on their own on a pro-active basis.

            I had a very disappointing experience when I went for first servicing of the vehicle. When I went to the showroom, I was informed that the service centre for this vehicle is at some other place near Darjeeling more. Even the proper address was not explained to me. When I went to the service centre at Darjeeling more, there was no proper guidance. Then I was informed that the service centre for Maxximo is at some other place. It took me 3 hours just to search and find the exact service centre where I could get the vehicle serviced. There are no basic amenities like waiting hall, drinking water, etc available in that service centres. I was also asked to collect the free servicing coupons from the showroom later on as it was not given along with the delivery of the vehicle.

            I feel harassed and disappointed with the services I have been receiving. Our decision to purchase the vehicle from you was based on the existing reputation you own. Accordingly, we expect the same level of services from your esteemed organization.

            I request you to kindly look into your after sales service and improve on it so that the customer is not harassed. Hoping for your kind co-operation.

              I HAVE A 2004 SCORPIO MODEL, IN[protected] THERE WAS A MALFUNCTION IN BRAKE BOOSTER AND CYLINDER WHICH IS A TYPICAL SCORPIO DEFECT AS PER THE COMPANY TECHNICIAN. EVENTUALLY THE PARTS WERE REPLACED FREE OF COST BY CO. AS WE DIRECTLY APPROACHED TO THE CHAIRMAN. AGAIN NOW IN 2010 THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN ARISED, THE SERVICE MANAGER AT SURAT"S SERVICE CENTRE Mr GANESH REPLIED THAT BECAUSE YOU DID NOT SERVICED THE CAR REGULARLY WITH US WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING - HOW WOULD YOU EXPECT ME TO DO THAT AS A RESULT OF THE BAD EXPERIENCE I FACED LAST TIME.               I am having scorpio 2004 model .Purchased from nasik. Now in the vehicle breakes are hard and on pressing break it makes air realesing noise. Breakes are not working. Technicians says it may br break booster problem. This part is not available in mahindra service station in indore. My vehicle is up to date in other respects driven only 75000 km till now .I request to mahindra authority to help me. My mob. No. [protected] .Vehicle is in indore at present.

                Hi,
                This is a serious concern. I gave my Bolero for Servicing to Sireesh Auto (Pvt) Ltd Jakkur Main Road for the first time . I was not satisfied by the kind of response I got from the service station. The main complaint was that the Gear box was hard especially when I tried to shift to second gear it made a loud noise. I had informed the guy who came for picking up the vehicle. When I got the vehicle back I observed that one of the wheel cap was missing, the front window rotator was changed to some flimsy part without my notice. And the main problem of this gear box was not solved. i just had to pay a bill of Rs9345. I gave 9500 to that guy who picks up and drops the vehicle but he never returned the change. When I asked for change He was very arrogant and said no change. I tried to reach a person called Ram Job card Handler who handled my vehicle. He was unavailable forever. The Service center guys said that he would call back which never happened. I will never give my vehicle for servicing .

                I advice everyone not to give ur vehicle to this service station. I request Mahindra and Mahindra to take a strict action against these irresponsible workers.

                  I am Karma Lachungpa , of Sikkim Gangtok who recently Bought a New Xylo E8, to which after a few month when i went to the Services Center...and asked for a new Bar Bush, the concerned staff gave me the other Bush of Bolora!!!! i got shocked.
                  well i asked him for the Genin of ..he said that i have to wait for a month..Some parts of my Xylo .were not there,when i bought.I had to wait for 4 month..!!!! Can you bear...
                  THE PRODUCTS ARE TOO EXPENSIVE,,then buying from the other parts Shop.THERE IS A VAST DIFFERENCES...Somrething or the other will be missing,while going for servicing...

                    THE DREAM CAR 'OR' MY NIGHTMARE

                    Sometimes your passion about something blanks your mind. The choice was great but what went wrong?? I'm still wondering.

                    One afternoon I walked in the Koncept Mahindra Showroom in Noida to test-drive Scorpio VLX. The drive was great and it didn't take me long to make up my mind to own this vehicle. I asked for a quotation and applied for loan.

                    In a week my loan was approved. I went to confirm this to the dealer and what i saw there was a true beauty. A new Scorpio SLE with "SUNROOF" attached. I was impressed. I always wanted to have one in my car but never went for it with a thought of harming the vehicle's body. This time it was different. After enquiring about it from the dealer they convinced me that they will install it and it is compatible with Mahindra Scorpio and doesn't void its warranty. I was satisfied as it’s a reputed Mahindra Dealer and they themselves are recommending this to me. After speaking to the entire technicians and sales advisor in the company I opted for SLE with sunroof installed.

                    I was curious and excited. I went a day before my delivery date to have a glimpse of my dream car. It looked incredible but the smile from my face suddenly disappeared when I saw water leakage in the vehicle. I was stunned and disappointed. I called all the people concerned and related to my deal and asked for an explanation. They got it fixed and reported it as an installation error. Patiently I accepted their response.

                    The day has arrived. I am excited. I am going to get my car today. I reached the showroom on time. They said the issue with sunroof is rectified. They asked me to sign the delivery paper but I thought to look at the vehicle first before signing any documents. There were rust all over the body, the after sunroof installation paint was not matching, after opening the bonnet of the car the bonnet shield fell down. They saw all this and got it fixed. The rust was given some touchups. The delivery time was 15:00hrs but I got the car at 19:00hrs. Patiently I saw all this and accepted their apology.

                    I got my car. I was happy again but my elation didn't last too long. After driving 2 kilometres from the showroom, the vehicle started giving some noise from the front and the orange engine sign was lit. Immediately I pulled the car and took a U-Turn back to the showroom. Their engineers checked the car and said, the diesel is less. They connected a computer, turned off the orange engine light, filled some diesel and said its ready to go. I took the car and drove back home.

                    Day 1:

                    The engine's orange light lit again. The noise started coming again. Took it to the showroom and got it fixed. Don't ask me their explanation!

                    Day 2:

                    Installed JVC car stereo. The stereo turned on and turned off again. They said you car ignition is giving reverse current and i must take it to the showroom. Took it to the showroom. They called their technician, he checked it and said you have cut the wire. I was surprised and responded I took care of it. He showed me an additional wire and showed its installation saying its an outside work. I was furious as I took care of it while the installation was on. The technician responded by confirming it the wiring from fog light. This was a great shock as SLE comes preinstalled with fog lights. This was a great blow for them as it was their own dirty work, which they were trying to impose on me, but by mistake the technician uttered the truth. He changed the topic and fixed the reverse current coming from the ignition. Patiently I drove the car back home without showing any anger.

                    Day 3:

                    The wind started blowing through the sunroof inside the car. I took it to the showroom and got it checked. They said, the concerned technician has taken a day off so I should leave it for another day.

                    Day 4:
                    -----

                    Heavy rain in New Delhi made Delhites a great ease from the hot weather but it was nothing less than Tsunami for me. I woke up in the morning, went to my car and opened the gate. I was stunned to see water everywhere in the car including the electrical part. I took it straight to the showroom. I was concerned about the electrical parts, rust in the ceiling and body. They took the car from me and said they will get it fixed.

                    Now my car is in the showroom. This is a new car and buying Scorpio still costs you 10 and half lac of rupee. If this is Scorpio, which is owned by Mahindra, then this is the worst vehicle ever made by such a company. I don't know whom to blame, the dealer, The Manufacturer or My fate. This is my first initiative towards all the problems caused. I am making a website "saynotomahindra" I will put it online soon. I am posting my experiences on blogs and finally my father who is an advocate in The Supreme Court of India is planning to file a suit against the dealer and the company in the consumer court. The world must know what they intend to buy.

                        I purchased Bolero Plus with factory fitted AC. The car was delivered to me by Mohan Motor, Kolkata in November 2009. Immediately after delivery of vehicle, within 2 days, I found AC is not working and reported to the Dealer Mohan Motor, Kolkata who is authorised service dealer also. The work shop refilled the Gas and temporarily it started cooling. this incidence was repeated twice. Finally the workshop took one full day to attend the AC of the vehicle and I found it was cooling although not satisfied fully. Off late 3 days when i found some problem again in the AC and contacted a local workshop, I was told that the AC fitted in the Vehicle is not factory fitted but a local AC fitted by the service dealer. I got it checked again else where and got the same reply. it is quite shocking to me and I do not find as to how to solve it. whether the Company will listen to me through this forum and set right the AC?

                        I have purchased a Bolero VLX from Zulaikha Motors, Velachery, Chennai, which is delivered on 14/2/11, the regn no is TN 02 AQ 6147, just covered 3000 KM, the vehicle is being used for the my trips to my farms, as and when, and not for the regular usage.On 19/4/11, the vehicle, got breakdown, just one km away from the Zulaikha motors showroom, by 945 AM and it was informed to 24 hrs helpline and the showroom.But till 2pm there was no response, even after repeated requests, there was no response from any side.Then i asked my son and leave the responsibility to him.By 4pm only one person came and tried, then asked my son to push the vehicle here and there, then with the help of my son he towed the vehicle to the show room, My son is a student, your dealers ie ZULAIKHA MOTORS VELACHERY CHENNAI, ill treated my son which forces him to admit in a Hospital.Then i went to the Showroom, there was no response from the management, till to day 20/4/11.The vehicle status also not known.

                            I've purchased in exchange Mahinda Logan fro their Vasant Kunj outlet on 22nd dec 2009, but till now they've not provided car RC, I've lodgged complaint on their website also but no body is helping me, I've made visit to Vasant Kunj outlet every week but they are very unprofessional and procrastating it further. Also as promised in adeal document of repairing Gear box was not kept.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have a total of 7 cars from Mahindra and Mahindra. I had purchased a Car Mahindra XYLO in the year 2009. The car has been giving several problems. I spent thousands of rupees on service and parts in last one year. I have all the records for the same.

                              Now the problem is that I gave the car for servicing on 11th July 2010 at Sewree Service Workshop, Signal Hill Avenue, Via Reay Road, Near Raj Oil Mills, Sewree Mumbai, India. Tel:[protected] / 23713833. The name of the contact person is Mr. Mithun [protected]. This representative gave us a Repair Order number RO11B000721. The estimated repair period was for 2 days and the car was to be delivered back on 13th July 2010 as per the repair order.

                              Today it is 21st July 2010, it has been more than 11 days. The car has not been touched for repairs. It remains in the workshop as delivered by the towing vehicle. The problem indicated was the failure of the starter. For the last 9 days the representative is saying that they cannot find a starter. My company has suffered losses to the tune of 27,000 Rs for hire of private car as replacement. One manager from our company has been visiting their workshop everyday for follow up for the last 11 days. He has spent a total of 11,000 Rs in doing so. The company has suffered a lost to the tune of 38,000 Rs and till date and we don’t know when the car will be returned back to us.

                              Also the name of the General Manager is Sailesh. No body is willing to give me the number for the General Manager as he has refused his entire staff to do so. The representative is saying that you should go to the consumer forum and only then any help will be granted. We tried to contact Mahindra and Mahindra. The number provided for customer services was for Mrs. Sultana Shaikh [protected]. Her office address is Mahindra Towers, 5th Floor SBU, G.M Bhosale Marg, Worli, Mumbai- 400017 Maharashtra, India but there is no response from her as well.

                              Thus my request to please guide us how to resolve this issue.

                                I have purchase XYLO in the m/o of Feb & till now I am not satisfied with the service from your side.
                                I have complained for the mileage but no response from your local dealer
                                I have an complaint that the Doors are not properly closed it sounds too much.
                                I have an compaint that when the doors are locked & when we open the doors all the doors except the front door is never unlocked from inside, one people has to open the door from outside.
                                I have an complaint that in Rainy Season the water is droping inside the vehicle & all the automatic switches are getting wet.
                                I have a complaint that the Coolent water is leaking.
                                I have a complaint that the Engine oil is also leaking & all the coolant & engine oil is spreaded in the bonout.
                                I have a complaint that when I had sent the vehixle for the above complaints they informed us that the condeser is leaked & to be replaced & it may take 10 days to repair .

                                Kindly infom me that by running 20000 Kms how can the condenser leaks & what is the guranty period.

                                kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

                                  i have purchased new xylo D2 on Dated 20th april 2010 on name Mavji Ramji Chotara from your dealer B. Mangatram (Gandhidham) from the purchse date i got problem in engine withn two days, from engine coming noise like tick tick tick, i compained in comapny and visit dealer point B. Mangatram (Bhuj) for this problem, after four days inspection they told this noise coming from tapit because of company foult and now theny told us need to change rocker shaft for solution, but there this part not avlble so they changed rocker shaft from the old engine till new part comes (time limit 5 days), after changed this shaft we facing problem regarding fuel consumtion much high, before i getting averege around 16.33 to 17 but after changed rocker shaft getting averege only 8 to 9 and other problem facing like poor pickup, gear shifting problem, clutch play and many other,



                                  and also after 15 days from purchase visit second time for change new rocker shaft and also for 1st free service, but they told us till today we dot get rocker shaft from comapny so we cant do anything, and about few problem on 1st service i put there like oil and filter change, central lock not working, noise coming from door, air coming from door, poor pickup, clutch not proper, gear shifting problem, break not coming proper during break coming from noise from front of left wheel, vehicle get down from behind, power steering to hard and play, but from company vehicle receive only with changed oil till all this problem pending and no one take incharge for ll this many a time talkd with customer care and here at dealer poit but nothing favroble for us

                                    Hello Everybody,

                                    I had purchased Mahindra Scorpio CRDe 2.6 in the month of April 2007 for commercial purpose.

                                    I had availed a loan from Mahindra & Mahindra Finacial Services Ltd. There is a refund scheme of excise department on purchase of commmercial vehicles due to which I was entitled to receive excise refund of Rs.30,000/-.

                                    The employee of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd., promised me to get the refund order of Rs.30,000/-. He has completed all the documentation on my behalf inclulding Bank's verification of my signasture etc.

                                    Till date I have not received my refund order of Rs.30,000/-. I doubt that the employee of MMFS had siphoned the money with the help of authorised car dealer and finance broker. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE AT ALL TO COMMIT SUCH FRAUDS WITHOUT THE HELP OF THE INSIDER.

                                    This fact was confirmed when I had approached the Goregaon Branch of MMFS. The Branch Manager and the Regional Manager extracted all the information by pretending that they want to help me genuinelly. After few day I received the letter from MMFS in which they had tried to save their employee by using the information I provided to them. I can still prove that the employee of MMFS had siphoned my money.

                                    In view of the above, I had delliberately not paid one EMI so I can dig up this issue on later date.

                                    I request you to be careful in such dealings.

                                      I had purchased a mahindra xylo E8 from P P Automotive Karnal(Haryana) in Oct.2009.I belongs to Hisar District.On 24th May10 the sluff wire was fired.then
                                      i gone to Supreme Automobile Hisar for Repairing sluff wire But they responed that i have to pay money of Rs.1000 for that because i have purchase Xylo from Karnal.At that time i was agree to pay 1000 rs. because o[censored]rgency.but after 3 hours they are asking for 5000 rs for that work.Then i talk to Service Manager Of Hisar Area.but i Didnt get right responce.then i talk to Mr. Raghav Mob No.[protected](Area Manager).He ensure me to pay only 1000 rs. rest amount Bear By company side.When i go to Supreme AutoMobiles to Confirm The Status then they ask me confirmation with mr Raghav.but he didnt pick my phonecall.at last i paid 4422 rs to repair my Xylo.i am very disappointed with the behave of company Employees and After Sale Service.i also talk to customer care but i didnt get any right responce from there side also.


                                      So please help in taking this matter to the highest authority.

                                      I brought a Mahindra Xylo E8 in South Africa. This vehicle is less than 6 months old and has less than 10 000km on the clock.It has had so many problems that I have begun to lose count. All the door rubbers had to be replaces. The direction compass does not work and nobody has any idea of how to fix this problem. The rear windscreen wiper started working on it's own. After checking it out there was a loose wire, which has now been repaired. NOW the compressor has gone in the air conditioner for the 2nd time. I can not believe that such a vehicle can have so many problems in such a short space of time. I am now sitting without a vehicle and am told that they are awaiting shipment of parts. Apparently the container is first filled and then shipped so it can take anything from 0 - 3 months before the ship the parts. I am astounded that such a reputable company can behave in such a manor... and there is just no answer. NOBODY knows who is responsible for all the problems. A person is just told "sorry we are still awaiting parts". i would expect that in todays global village that we live in that parts could be sent across immediatley to keep tha name and the faith of the brand. I am VERY sorry that i ever brought this make and i was warned of Mahindra dealers not keeping their word.
